The posting

  • Analisar informações estratégicas e operacionais, apoiando as áreas na tomada de decisão;
  • Elaborar relatórios gerenciais, apresentações e análises de desempenho para acompanhamento dos resultados;
  • Monitorar, controlar e apresentar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) operacionais e administrativos;
  • Desenvolver, acompanhar e garantir a execução de planos de ação, monitorando prazos, responsáveis e resultados;
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria, automação e otimização de processos, visando aumentar a eficiência operacional;
  • Conduzir e acompanhar projetos voltados à melhoria contínua, produtividade e padronização de processos;
  • Apoiar o setor de tratativas na análise de ocorrências operacionais, avarias e multas, contribuindo para a identificação das causas e definição de ações corretivas;
  • Realizar alinhamentos e orientações com os colaboradores sobre processos, procedimentos e tratativas internas;
  • Propor soluções para reduzir falhas operacionais, prevenir recorrências e aumentar a produtividade das equipes;
  • Acompanhar a efetividade das ações implementadas, avaliando resultados e identificando novas oportunidades de melhoria.

Conhecimento técnico requerido

  • Experiência anterior em atividades de análise, planejamento, gestão de processos ou áreas correlatas;
  • Conhecimento em indicadores de desempenho (KPIs);
  • Vivência na elaboração, implementação e acompanhamento de planos de ação;
  • Conhecimento em melhoria contínua e análise de processos operacionais.

Conhecimento técnico desejável

  • Experiência com automação de processos e análise de dados;
  • Vivência nos segmentos de transporte, logística ou mobilidade;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de análise de dados e elaboração de relatórios gerenciais.

Habilidades comportamentais desejáveis

Profissional com boa comunicação verbal e escrita, capacidade analítica e foco na resolução de problemas. Deve apresentar iniciativa, organização, senso crítico e orientação para resultados, além de facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal e habilidade para conduzir tratativas com diferentes equipes, promover alinhamentos e implementar melhorias nos processos.
