Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO profissional será responsável pela área de vendas, garantindo excelência comercial e operacional.Entre as principais responsabilidades estão:Elaborar estratégicas de vendas junto a Gerência Regional para monitorar a concorrência e promover ações para manutenção, prospecção de clientes.Realizar os objetivos de faturamento, rentabilidade e share por segmento em sua regional, considerando as orientações da coordenação e das políticas comerciais e dos recursos materiais, técnicos e humanos.Assegurar o adequado treinamento e orientação a força de vendas, através da realização de programas periódicos de acompanhamento às visitas, verificando a performance individual dos colaboradores da equipe, bem como as características dos diferentes clientes, visando a elaboração de planos de ação.Realizar visitas aos clientes e atingir 90% das companhas promocionais realizadas pela empresa.Assegurar o cumprimentos dos objetivos da cadeia de valor (Logística, Compras e Vendas).Manter relacionamento adequado com clientes, concorrência, associações de classe, consumidores, entre outros.Cumprir o programa orçamentário de custeio de sua área no quesito: vendas, positivação, inadimplência e devolução.Responsável pela distribuição e acompanhamento da performance e atingimento das metas de vendas da equipe, contratação de novos representantes comerciais com o acompanhamento do Gerente Regional. E receber e coordenar a distribuição (terceiros) dos produtos em sua região.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Superior Completo;Disponibilidade para viajar.Competências:Conhecimento do mercado e setor serão diferenciais;Habilidade de liderança, negociação e comunicação;Orientação para resultados;Habilidade de análise de dados;Habilidade de gestão de tempo e resolução de problemas;Flexibilidade.
