Atuar no desenvolvimento e expansão de negócios no setor público, sendo responsável pela geração de receita por meio da venda de serviços de tecnologia, com forte atuação em outsourcing e alocação de profissionais de TI, além de construção de relacionamento institucional estratégico.

Responsabilidades:

Desenvolvimento de negócios (Setor Público)

Prospectar, desenvolver e fechar negócios com:

Governo Federal

Estados

Municípios

Autarquias, fundações, empresas públicas e tribunais

Gerenciar todo o ciclo de vendas (end-to-end)

Relacionamento institucional

Manter e expandir carteira ativa de clientes no setor público (requisito obrigatório)

Construir relacionamento com decisores:

Secretários

Diretores

Gestores de TI

Áreas de compras e contratos

Atuar de forma estratégica em ambientes multistakeholder

Licitações e contratos

Atuar em processos de:

Pregão eletrônico/presencial

Concorrência pública

Registro de preços

Dispensa e inexigibilidade

Analisar e interpretar:

Editais

Termos de Referência (TR)

Documentação técnica

Conhecimento sólido da legislação de compras públicas, incluindo a Lei nº 8.666

Vendas consultivas de tecnologia

Identificar demandas e estruturar soluções envolvendo:

Outsourcing de TI / body shop

Projetos de tecnologia

Serviços gerenciados

Atuar com soluções relacionadas a:

ITSM

Service Desk

Infraestrutura de TI

Cybersecurity

Gestão comercial

Gerenciar pipeline, forecast e metas

Atualizar CRM e indicadores comerciais

Elaborar propostas comerciais e estratégias de preço

Perfil desejado

Experiência sólida em vendas para governo (B2G)

Carteira ativa de clientes no setor público (obrigatório)

Histórico comprovado de geração de receita no segmento público

Experiência com vendas de:

Serviços de TI

Outsourcing / alocação de profissionais

Perfil relacional, estratégico e orientado a resultados

Capacidade de navegar em ciclos de venda longos e complexos

Requisitos:

Ensino superior completo ou

Mínimo de 10 anos de experiência comprovada e relevante, que compense a formação acadêmica

Experiência com metas e modelo de remuneração variável

Disponibilidade para viagens
