Estamos buscando um(a) Analista de Negócios Sênior (Business Analyst) para atuar em um projeto internacional do mercado financeiro, em iniciativas de Gestão de Riscos, com foco em Risco de Mercado.

O profissional será responsável pela conexão entre as áreas de negócio e desenvolvimento, definindo requisitos funcionais, acompanhando sua implementação e garantindo a validação das soluções.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Levantar, analisar e documentar requisitos de negócio e funcionais;
  • Refinar e acompanhar iniciativas junto às equipes de desenvolvimento;
  • Apoiar a implementação das soluções, esclarecendo dúvidas e alinhando necessidades de negócio;
  • Realizar validações funcionais e testes de aceitação;
  • Gerenciar o relacionamento e o alinhamento com stakeholders;
  • Colaborar com usuários internacionais, incluindo equipes dos Estados Unidos;
  • Acompanhar as entregas funcionais durante todo o ciclo de desenvolvimento;
  • Participar de iniciativas de Gestão de Riscos em ambiente Agile.

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Experiência sênior como Business Analyst ou Analista de Negócios;
  • Experiência em análise funcional, definição e documentação de requisitos de negócio;
  • Conhecimento de Risco de Mercado e dos processos de Risk Management;
  • Experiência trabalhando com equipes de desenvolvimento;
  • Experiência em refinamento e acompanhamento de iniciativas funcionais;
  • Conhecimento de validação funcional e testes de aceitação;
  • Experiência em gestão de stakeholders e interação com usuários internacionais;
  • Capacidade de analisar e estruturar requisitos;
  • Conhecimento de metodologias Agile;
  • Experiência em ambientes bancários internacionais;
  • Inglês em nível de conversação;
  • Espanhol em nível de conversação;
  • Disponibilidade para atuar no fuso horário da Espanha.
