Sobre a posição Buscamos um(a) Analista de Suporte Técnico / Operações Open Finance para atuar no atendimento, monitoramento e tratamento de chamados relacionados às integrações e fluxos do ecossistema Open Finance.

Este(a) profissional será responsável pela triagem, análise e resolução de tickets, além do alinhamento com áreas internas e instituições financeiras parceiras, garantindo eficiência, qualidade e conformidade nas interações.

️  Responsabilidades

Realizar triagem, classificação e priorização de tickets referentes a integrações e operações do Open Finance.

Executar análises funcionais (N1/N2), investigando logs e inconsistências reportadas.

Efetuar devolutivas claras e estruturadas aos clientes, mantendo transparência e qualidade no atendimento.

Interagir com times internos (TI, Produto, Compliance, Operações) para esclarecimento de incidentes e alinhamento de soluções.

Realizar comunicação com instituições financeiras dentro do escopo do Open Finance para apoio, esclarecimentos e acompanhamento de casos.

Garantir aderência ao escopo de atendimento definido com o cliente, registrando evidências e detalhando cada etapa da análise.

Atuar no suporte Nível 1 e Nível 2, escalando para N3 quando necessário.

Monitorar incidentes e apoiar na identificação de causas raiz.

Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos de atendimento e operação.

Requisitos obrigatórios

Experiência em atendimento técnico, suporte N1/N2 ou operações

Conhecimento básico ou intermediário sobre Open Finance, ou experiência prévia no setor financeiro.

Capacidade de leitura e análise de logs e evidências técnicas.

Excelente comunicação escrita e verbal para tratativas com clientes e parceiros.

Organização, atenção ao detalhe e capacidade analítica.

Diferenciais Vivência com Open Finance, Open Banking ou meios de pagamento. Experiência com tratamento de incidentes.
