Analista Funcional Pleno com experiência em projetos de Mercados e Risco no segmento de banco de investimento, especializado em Risco de Crédito de Contraparte (CCR) e métricas XVA. Atuará como elo entre as áreas de negócio e as equipes técnicas, participando da definição funcional, análise de dados e validação de soluções de risco.

Descrição

Buscamos um(a) Analista Funcional Pleno para participar de iniciativas relacionadas a Risco de Contraparte e XVA, colaborando diretamente com as áreas de Trading, Risco, analistas quantitativos (Quants) e equipes de desenvolvimento.

A posição exige capacidade para transformar necessidades de negócio em requisitos funcionais, validar cálculos e métricas de risco, analisar dados e coordenar o ciclo completo de testes e validações funcionais.

Conhecimentos principais

  • Mais de 3 anos de experiência em projetos de Mercados ou Risco;
  • Risco de Crédito de Contraparte (CCR);
  • Métricas e conceitos XVA;
  • Produtos financeiros;
  • Mesas de operações (Trading Desk) e métricas de risco;
  • Definição de requisitos funcionais;
  • Análise de lacunas (GAP Analysis);
  • Testes funcionais;
  • Testes de aceitação do usuário (UAT);
  • Validação e reconciliação de dados;
  • Análise de exposições e dados de risco;
  • Relatórios de risco e soluções analíticas;
  • SQL;
  • Jira;
  • Confluence;
  • Documentação funcional e rastreabilidade de requisitos;
  • Articulação com as partes interessadas das áreas de negócio e equipes técnicas.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Levantar, analisar e definir requisitos funcionais relacionados a CCR e XVA;
  • Traduzir necessidades de negócio em especificações funcionais para as equipes técnicas;
  • Definir e validar métricas, cálculos e relatórios de risco;
  • Realizar análises de lacunas e definir processos atuais e futuros (AS-IS / TO-BE);
  • Analisar e validar dados financeiros, exposições e métricas de risco;
  • Executar análises, reconciliações e validações de dados entre diferentes fontes;
  • Coordenar testes funcionais e UAT;
  • Gerenciar incidentes relacionados a cálculos, funcionalidades e qualidade dos dados;
  • Colaborar com equipes de Trading, Risco, Quants e Tecnologia;
  • Apoiar a definição de novos relatórios, dashboards e recursos analíticos;
  • Participar de implantações, certificações e validações após a entrada em produção;
  • Manter a documentação funcional atualizada.

  • Experiência em plataformas analíticas de risco;
  • Conhecimentos de integração e exploração de dados financeiros.

  • Inglês mínimo B2, com conversação;
