Consultor(a) Técnico(a) de Migração ERP – Amadeus CMFlex

Objetivo da posição

Atuar tecnicamente na migração de dados, processos e parametrizações do ERP Amadeus para o CMFlex, garantindo aderência às regras de negócio, integridade dos dados, conformidade funcional e estabilidade do ambiente pós-implantação.

Responsabilidades Técnicas

  • Realizar extração, saneamento, tratamento e migração de dados, assegurando integridade referencial, consistência e rastreabilidade das informações;
  • Configurar e parametrizar módulos do CMFlex, incluindo aspectos administrativos, financeiros, contábeis e/ou previdenciários, conforme o escopo do projeto;
  • Solucionar gaps funcionais e técnicos entre Amadeus e CMFlex, propondo soluções de adaptação, customização ou reengenharia de processos;
  • Elaborar e executar planos de testes funcionais e de migração (testes unitários, integrados e de homologação);
  • Validar resultados junto aos stakeholders, garantindo aderência aos requisitos funcionais e regulatórios;
  • Atuar no suporte ao go-live, monitorando cargas, consistência dos dados e estabilidade operacional;
  • Prestar suporte técnico-funcional no pós-implantação, realizando ajustes finos e correções;
  • Manter documentação técnica e funcional atualizada (mapeamento de processos, regras, parametrizações e validações);
  • Atuar de forma integrada com times técnicos, funcionais e stakeholders do cliente, assegurando alinhamento entre requisitos e entrega.

Requisitos Técnicos Obrigatórios

  • Experiência comprovada com o ERP Amadeus (gestão empresarial e/ou previdenciária);
  • Vivência prática em implantação, migração ou configuração funcional do CMFlex;
  • Conhecimento sólido em processos administrativos, financeiros, contábeis e/ou previdenciários;
  • Experiência em projetos de migração de ERP, com foco em integridade, validação e homologação de dados;
  • Capacidade analítica para interpretação de regras de negócio complexas e tradução em parametrizações sistêmicas.
  • Conhecimento em SQL para análise, validação e conferência de bases de dados;
  • Experiência com processos de ETL (extração, transformação e carga de dados);
  • Familiaridade com APIs e integrações entre sistemas;
  • Conhecimento em legislação previdenciária, regras atuariais ou gestão de benefícios;
  • Experiência com modelagem de dados e integridade referencial;
  • Vivência em ambientes de implantação ERP complexos ou múltiplos clientes;
  • Noções de documentação técnica, mapeamento AS-IS / TO-BE;
  • Experiência com testes de migração, reconciliação de dados e auditoria funcional.
