Sobre o Projeto

O cliente está investindo fortemente na adoção de ferramentas de inteligência artificial para aumentar a produtividade dos seus times. Buscamos um(a) especialista externo(a) em treinamentos para planejar, desenvolver e facilitar sessões práticas que ajudem os colaboradores a utilizar com confiança e profundidade ferramentas como Claude, Gemini, Glean e N8N.

O foco é didática aplicada, transformando conceitos complexos em experiências de aprendizado que gerem impacto real no dia a dia dos times.

Responsabilidades

Desenho de trilhas de aprendizado: estruturar jornadas progressivas, do básico ao avançado, para diferentes perfis de usuários (analistas, líderes e times técnicos).

Facilitação de treinamentos ao vivo: conduzir workshops, sessões práticas e webinars de forma clara, envolvente e adaptada ao público.

Criação de materiais didáticos: desenvolver guias práticos, checklists, vídeos e exercícios para reforço do aprendizado.

Suporte pós-treinamento: apoiar dúvidas e acompanhar a adoção das ferramentas pelos times.

Avaliação de efetividade: aplicar pesquisas e acompanhar indicadores de aprendizado, propondo melhorias contínuas.

Atualização contínua: acompanhar a evolução das ferramentas e adaptar conteúdos conforme novas funcionalidades.

Conhecimentos Esperados nas Ferramentas

Claude (Anthropic) Prompting avançado, uso de Projects, criação de workflows, integração via API e boas práticas de prompt engineering.

Gemini (Google) Uso no Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), Gemini for Developers e geração de conteúdo multimodal.

Glean Busca empresarial inteligente, criação de agents, integração com fontes internas e otimização de prompts.

N8N Criação e manutenção de workflows, integração com APIs, uso de recursos de IA (LLM, embeddings) e automação no-code.

Perfil Ideal

Requisitos essenciais Experiência comprovada em treinamentos corporativos (presencial ou remoto) Forte didática para traduzir conceitos técnicos para públicos não técnicos Domínio prático das ferramentas mencionadas Experiência na criação de materiais de treinamento Comunicação clara, empática e adaptável Autonomia para condução das atividades

Diferenciais Experiência com treinamentos em ferramentas de produtividade com IA Conhecimento em instructional design (ADDIE, agile learning, etc.) Portfólio de materiais de treinamento Experiência em empresas de tecnologia ou fintech

Formato de Trabalho

Modalidade: inicialmente 1 x na semana na região Pinheiros/Vila Madalena/São Paulo

Entregáveis: plano de treinamento, materiais didáticos, facilitação das sessões e relatório de resultados
