Uma importante instituição financeira brasileira especializada em banco de investimento, gestão de patrimônio e empréstimos corporativos. O cliente desenvolve plataformas bancárias digitais seguras e soluções financeiras para atender a uma base diversificada de clientes globais.

O que você fará

  • Planejar, desenvolver e executar atividades de suporte técnico para usuários e serviços de manutenção da infraestrutura de banco de dados, tanto remotamente quanto presencialmente.
  • Fornecer orientação e suporte aos usuários por meio do registro, análise, diagnóstico e resolução de solicitações relacionadas ao banco de dados.
  • Solucionar problemas de banco de dados e dar suporte a migrações, implementações de serviços e transferências de tecnologia.
  • Realizar manutenção preventiva e corretiva para garantir a confiabilidade e o desempenho do banco de dados.
  • Monitore o desempenho, a capacidade e a disponibilidade do banco de dados para identificar e resolver problemas de forma proativa.
  • Administrar e configurar sistemas de gerenciamento de banco de dados, respeitando as melhores práticas de segurança.
  • Garantir a conformidade com os requisitos do SLA relacionados a tempos de resposta, escalonamentos e comunicações de inatividade.
  • Manter e atualizar a documentação técnica para garantir a sustentabilidade do banco de dados a longo prazo e a excelência operacional.
  • Colaborar com as equipes de infraestrutura, aplicativos e suporte para garantir operações de banco de dados perfeitas

O que você traz

  • Experiência em suporte e administração de bancos de dados em ambientes de Produção, Teste e Desenvolvimento.
  • Experiência prática com:
  • SQL Server (Obrigatório)
  • Oracle (Obrigatório)
  • Conhecimento dos fundamentos da administração de bancos de dados, incluindo configuração, monitoramento e manutenção.
  • Experiência em administração de soluções de backup e armazenamento.
  • Conhecimento de conceitos de segurança de banco de dados, processos de backup e recuperação e monitoramento de desempenho.
  • Habilidades sólidas de resolução de problemas e capacidade de priorizar tarefas em um ambiente de suporte dinâmico.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, colaboração e organização.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente, mantendo ao mesmo tempo uma forte mentalidade de atendimento ao cliente.

Bom ter.

  • Experiência com MySQL, PostgreSQL ou MongoDB.
  • Experiência em ambientes de nuvem, preferencialmente AWS.
  • Conhecimento de linguagens de script como Shell, PowerShell ou scripts Unix.
  • Certificações SQL Server e/ou Oracle
  • Habilidades em inglês e/ou espanhol
  • Experiência em serviços financeiros ou ambientes de grande escala empresarial.
