Sobre a oportunidade

Buscamos um(a) Desenvolvedor(a) Full Stack Sênior com perfil AI-Native, apaixonado(a) por engenharia de software e pelo uso de Inteligência Artificial ao longo de todo o ciclo de desenvolvimento (SDLC). O profissional atuará no desenvolvimento de uma nova aplicação de monitoramento e gestão de emissões, além da plataforma de Distribuição, Pricing e Processamento, contribuindo para soluções modernas, escaláveis e de alta qualidade em um ambiente ágil.

Responsabilidades

  • Participar do desenvolvimento, manutenção e evolução de aplicações corporativas;
  • Colaborar com áreas de negócio e equipes técnicas na definição de soluções;
  • Projetar e desenvolver novos módulos e arquiteturas baseadas em microsserviços;
  • Desenvolver componentes Backend e Frontend;
  • Criar, executar e manter testes automatizados;
  • Participar dos processos de CI/CD, deploys e suporte à produção;
  • Diagnosticar e solucionar incidentes e gargalos de performance;
  • Contribuir para decisões de arquitetura e evolução tecnológica;
  • Promover boas práticas de desenvolvimento, código limpo, observabilidade, segurança e manutenibilidade;
  • Atuar como referência técnica e apoiar o desenvolvimento de profissionais juniores.

Responsabilidades em Engenharia AI-Native

  • Aplicar ferramentas de desenvolvimento assistido por IA durante todo o ciclo de vida do software (SDLC);
  • Utilizar assistentes e agentes de IA para: Geração e refatoração de código; Geração automática de documentação; Criação e validação de testes; Debugging e análise de causa raiz; Code Review; Automação de processos do SDLC;
  • Trabalhar com ferramentas como: GitHub Copilot Devin Cursor ChatGPT Claude Gemini Sourcegraph Cody Continue.dev
  • Compreender as capacidades e limitações dos Large Language Models (LLMs) aplicados à engenharia de software;
  • Apoiar a adoção de boas práticas, governança e uso seguro de IA em ambientes corporativos;
  • Manter-se atualizado sobre tendências e inovações em Engenharia de Software com IA.

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Experiência sólida como Desenvolvedor(a) Full Stack Sênior;
  • Experiência no desenvolvimento de aplicações corporativas utilizando arquitetura de microsserviços;
  • Desenvolvimento de aplicações Backend e Frontend;
  • Conhecimento em boas práticas de engenharia de software, incluindo: Clean Code; Arquitetura de Software; Testes automatizados; Integração e Entrega Contínuas (CI/CD); Observabilidade; Segurança de aplicações;
  • Vivência em ambientes Agile (Scrum/Kanban);
  • Experiência prática com ferramentas de desenvolvimento assistidas por IA, como: GitHub Copilot; Devin; Cursor; ChatGPT; Claude; Gemini; Sourcegraph Cody; Continue.dev;
  • Conhecimento sobre aplicações de LLMs no desenvolvimento de software.
  • Inglês B2
  • Espanhol B2

  • Vivência em projetos voltados ao mercado financeiro;

Condições da posição

  • Atuação 100% remota;
  • É obrigatória a disponibilidade para mudança futura para Portugal ou Espanha, caso seja necessário por questões de projeto, estratégia da empresa ou requisitos legais;
  • Enquanto estiver no Brasil, o trabalho será realizado integralmente em regime remoto;
  • Os currículos deverão ser apresentados em inglês.
