Estamos buscando um(a) Desenvolvedor(a) Sênior Java / Kafka para integrar um projeto internacional, atuando no desenvolvimento e evolução de soluções baseadas em microsserviços, com forte utilização de Java, Spring Boot e Apache Kafka.

Buscamos um profissional com sólida experiência em desenvolvimento de software, arquiteturas distribuídas e boas práticas de engenharia, preparado para atuar em um ambiente técnico, colaborativo e de alta disponibilidade.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Desenvolver e evoluir aplicações baseadas em microsserviços;
  • Atuar no desenvolvimento utilizando Java e Spring Boot;
  • Trabalhar com Apache Kafka em soluções de mensageria e processamento distribuído;
  • Participar do desenho e evolução de soluções e componentes de software;
  • Desenvolver e manter integrações entre aplicações e serviços;
  • Aplicar boas práticas de desenvolvimento, arquitetura e qualidade de código;
  • Criar e manter testes utilizando práticas como TDD e/ou BDD;
  • Trabalhar com bancos de dados relacionais e NoSQL;
  • Participar das rotinas de desenvolvimento em ambiente Agile/Scrum;
  • Participar da escala de plantão 24x7, conforme calendário da equipe.

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Mínimo de 4 anos de experiência em desenvolvimento de software ou posição similar;
  • 4 anos ou mais de experiência comprovada com Apache Kafka em nível avançado;
  • Experiência com Java 8 ou superior;
  • Experiência com Spring Boot e arquitetura de microsserviços;
  • Conhecimentos de programação funcional;
  • Experiência com JPA;
  • Conhecimentos sólidos de design de software;
  • Experiência com práticas de testes TDD e/ou BDD;
  • Experiência com PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB ou bancos de dados similares;
  • Conhecimentos de metodologias ágeis, especialmente Scrum;
  • Inglês mínimo B2, com capacidade de conversação;
  • Espanhol para conversação;
  • Disponibilidade para futura mudança para Portugal ou Espanha.

  • Conhecimentos de APIs e OpenAPI Specification 3 (OAS3);
  • Outros conhecimentos técnicos que possam agregar valor ao projeto.

Modelo de atuação e condições

Projeto internacional

Atuação inicialmente 100% remota

Disponibilidade obrigatória para futura mudança para Portugal ou Espanha

Inglês e espanhol para conversação obrigatórios

Participação obrigatória em plantões 24x7 em sistema de rodízio, de segunda a domingo, aproximadamente uma semana a cada 3–4 meses, conforme calendário da equipe.
