Desenvolvedor(a) Java Sênior | Sistemas em Tempo Real | São Paulo

Estamos buscando um(a) Desenvolvedor(a) Java Sênior para atuar em um projeto internacional do mercado financeiro, no desenvolvimento e manutenção de soluções de negociação em tempo real para o mercado de câmbio (FX).

Localização: São Paulo Modelo de trabalho: Híbrido

É obrigatório estar localizado em São Paulo e ter disponibilidade para comparecer ao escritório alguns dias por semana, conforme as necessidades do projeto.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Desenvolver e manter sistemas Java de alto desempenho e alta disponibilidade;
  • Atuar com sistemas em tempo real, arquitetura distribuída, multithreading e concorrência;
  • Assumir a responsabilidade técnica de ponta a ponta por sistemas críticos para o negócio;
  • Contribuir para decisões técnicas e resolução de problemas em ambientes de negociação;
  • Colaborar com equipes internacionais e multidisciplinares;
  • Contribuir para componentes Node.js e integrações com protocolos do mercado financeiro.

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • 8+ anos de experiência prática com desenvolvimento Java, incluindo sistemas em tempo real e distribuídos;
  • Conhecimento sólido de multithreading e concorrência;
  • 8+ anos de experiência em tecnologia bancária, preferencialmente em Front Office ou Global Markets;
  • Experiência com responsabilidade técnica por sistemas críticos e condução de decisões técnicas;
  • Experiência com GitHub e ferramentas de cobertura de código Java;
  • Inglês B2 ou superior, para comunicação escrita e conversação.
  • Espanhol B2 ou superior, para comunicação escrita e conversação.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência com protocolo FIX e integrações FIX;
  • Conhecimento de produtos de câmbio (FX);
  • Experiência prática com Node.js, especialmente em sistemas financeiros ou de negociação
  • Vivência com metodologias ágeis
  • Experiência em equipes internacionais e distribuídas.
