Desenvolvedor Java Backend com Kafka

Sobre a oportunidade

Buscamos um(a) Desenvolvedor(a) Java Backend para atuar no desenvolvimento de microsserviços em um ambiente de alta complexidade técnica. O profissional participará da definição da arquitetura das aplicações, construção de soluções escaláveis e evolução de sistemas críticos, trabalhando em conjunto com equipes multidisciplinares e metodologias ágeis.

Responsabilidades

  • Desenvolver microsserviços utilizando Java e Spring Boot;
  • Participar da definição da arquitetura e do desenho de soluções de software;
  • Desenvolver aplicações de alta disponibilidade e escalabilidade;
  • Implementar testes automatizados garantindo a qualidade do código;
  • Atuar na evolução contínua das aplicações e na resolução de incidentes;
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com equipes de Arquitetura, QA, DevOps e Produto;
  • Participar de revisões de código e promover boas práticas de desenvolvimento.

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Mínimo de 4 anos de experiência em desenvolvimento Backend Java;
  • Experiência avançada com Apache Kafka (mínimo de 4 anos);
  • Desenvolvimento de Microsserviços;
  • Spring Boot;
  • Programação Funcional;
  • Java 8 ou superior;
  • JPA;
  • Testes automatizados (TDD e/ou BDD);
  • Bancos de dados PostgreSQL, Oracle e/ou MongoDB;
  • Experiência com metodologia ágil Scrum;
  • Inglês nível B2
  • Espanhol nível B2

Diferenciais

  • Experiência com Programação Reativa (Project Reactor, WebFlux, RxJava ou similares);
  • Conhecimento em OpenAPI Specification 3 (OAS3) para documentação e padronização de APIs.

Condições da posição

  • Participação em escala de plantão 24x7;
  • Rodízio de plantão com frequência aproximada de 1 semana a cada 3 ou 4 meses, conforme calendário da equipe.

  • Atuação 100% remota;
  • É obrigatória a disponibilidade para mudança futura para Portugal ou Espanha, caso seja necessário por questões de projeto, estratégia da empresa ou requisitos legais;
  • Enquanto estiver no Brasil, o trabalho será realizado integralmente em regime remoto;
  • Os currículos deverão ser apresentados em inglês.
