Resumo da Oportunidade

Estamos em busca de um Desenvolvedor Java com experiência em integração de sistemas de saúde e conhecimento dos padrões HL7 (V2 ou FHIR).

O profissional atuará no desenvolvimento e manutenção de soluções de interoperabilidade, garantindo a comunicação eficiente entre diferentes sistemas clínicos e plataformas de saúde.

Trata-se de uma posição 100% remota, com colaboração internacional em ambiente de alta responsabilidade técnica e impacto direto no setor público de saúde.

Responsabilidades Principais

  • Manter e evoluir sistemas de integração entre diferentes aplicações de saúde.
  • Desenvolver aplicações em Java para troca de dados clínicos usando HL7 v2.x ou FHIR.
  • Criar e configurar interfaces HL7 (envio, recebimento e transformação de mensagens).
  • Implementar soluções de roteamento e transformação de mensagens (por exemplo, entre ADT, ORM, ORU).
  • Integrar aplicações Java com sistemas de Registro Eletrônico de Saúde (EHR), plataformas de interoperabilidade e serviços clínicos.
  • Colaborar com stakeholders técnicos e de negócio para entender requisitos e necessidades de integração.
  • Garantir conformidade com regulamentações de dados de saúde (LGPD, GDPR, HIPAA, quando aplicável).
  • Executar testes unitários e de integração em todas as soluções desenvolvidas.
  • Diagnosticar e resolver incidentes relacionados à troca de dados e interfaces HL7.
  • Produzir documentação técnica de interfaces, fluxos de mensagens e APIs desenvolvidas.

Requisitos Obrigatórios

  • Formação: Ensino superior completo em Engenharia da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência de Dados, Estatística, Matemática ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência profissional: mínimo de 3 anos com desenvolvimento de software em ambiente corporativo.
  • Java (8+): mínimo de 3 anos de experiência sólida em backend.
  • Mensageria: mínimo de 2 anos com Kafka e/ou RabbitMQ.
  • Formatos de Dados: domínio de JSON, XML e Protocol Buffers.
  • APIs REST: mínimo de 2 anos desenvolvendo e consumindo serviços RESTful.
  • Padrões HL7: mínimo de 2 anos com HL7 v2.x ou FHIR (criação, parsing, validação e transformação de mensagens).

Desejável

  • Fluência em inglês (falado e escrito) para comunicação com equipes internacionais.
  • Experiência com módulos clínicos, EHR/EMR, IHE, ou integrações HIS/LIS/RIS.
  • Conhecimento de ferramentas de interoperabilidade como Mirth Connect, HAPI FHIR, ou InterSystems Ensemble.
  • Familiaridade com Docker, Spring Boot e microserviços.
