SÃO PAULO - Engenheiro(a) de Backend Java (Kafka/Flink)

Buscamos um(a) Desenvolvedor(a) Backend Sênior qualificado(a) para projetar, construir e manter serviços de backend robustos e pipelines de dados em tempo real usando Apache Kafka, microsserviços Spring Boot e Apache Flink para processamento de streaming.

Principais Responsabilidades

- Projetar, desenvolver e manter serviços de backend usando microsserviços Spring Boot com foco em arquiteturas orientadas a eventos, utilizando Apache Kafka.

- Implementar e otimizar produtores, consumidores e aplicativos de processamento de fluxo de dados Kafka, aproveitando o Apache Flink para streaming e análise de dados em tempo real.

- Colaborar com arquitetos, DevOps e outros desenvolvedores para garantir a integração perfeita de Kafka, Flink e microsserviços no ecossistema de backend.

- Monitorar, solucionar problemas e otimizar clusters Kafka e jobs Flink para desempenho, confiabilidade e escalabilidade.

- Garantir a segurança dos dados, conformidade e melhores práticas em todas as soluções relacionadas a Kafka e Flink.

- Participar de revisões de código, discussões técnicas e contribuir para iniciativas de melhoria contínua.

- Documentar soluções técnicas e manter a documentação do sistema atualizada.

Requisitos

Obrigatórios:

- Bacharelado em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia ou área relacionada (ou experiência equivalente).

- Experiência comprovada (mais de 8 anos) em desenvolvimento backend com forte foco em Apache Kafka e microsserviços Spring Boot.

- Experiência prática com Apache Flink para streaming e processamento de dados em tempo real.

- Proficiência em Java ou Scala para desenvolvimento backend.

- Sólido entendimento de sistemas distribuídos, arquiteturas orientadas a eventos e microsserviços.

- Experiência com APIs RESTful, message brokers e formatos de serialização de dados (Avro, JSON).

- Familiaridade com conteinerização (Docker, Kubernetes) e pipelines de CI/CD.

- Fortes habilidades de resolução de problemas e capacidade de trabalhar em um ambiente ágil.

- Boa comunicação em inglês.

Desejáveis:

- Experiência com plataformas em nuvem (AWS).

- Conhecimento de frameworks ou tecnologias de streaming adicionais.

- Experiência em serviços financeiros ou ambientes regulamentados.

- Experiência com ferramentas de monitoramento (ELK stack).
