Estamos buscando um(a) Desenvolvedor(a) Java / C++ para atuar em um projeto internacional no setor financeiro, com foco em desenvolvimento e sustentação de aplicações relacionadas a Riscos de Mercado.

A posição envolve atuação com Java, C++ e Linux, investigação de cálculos e erros em sistemas financeiros, correção de vulnerabilidades e evolução de aplicações em um ambiente internacional.

Modelo de trabalho: 100% remoto

Mobilidade: necessário ter disponibilidade para futura mudança para Portugal ou Espanha

Idiomas: Inglês e Espanhol para conversação – obrigatórios

Principais responsabilidades

  • Realizar desenvolvimentos e evoluções em Java/J2EE;
  • Identificar e corrigir vulnerabilidades nas aplicações;
  • Analisar e realizar debug de aplicações e motores desenvolvidos em C++, investigando possíveis erros e divergências de cálculos;
  • Realizar desenvolvimentos e ajustes pontuais em C++;
  • Atuar com sistemas relacionados a Riscos de Mercado, incluindo sensibilidades, VaR e Stress Test;
  • Utilizar Git para controle de versão e gestão das alterações;
  • Trabalhar em ambientes Linux/Unix, incluindo utilização de Shell;
  • Utilizar ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial aplicadas ao desenvolvimento, incluindo Devin;
  • Interagir com equipes internacionais durante o desenvolvimento e sustentação das soluções.

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Experiência profissional com Java e Linux;
  • Experiência profissional avançada em C/C++;
  • Experiência com Java/J2EE;
  • Conhecimento de Unix Shell;
  • Experiência com Git;
  • Experiência com Spring Boot, arquitetura de microsserviços, APIs REST, CI/CD, Git e metodologias ágeis (Scrum).
  • Conhecimentos de Riscos de Mercado, especialmente: Sensibilidades; VaR – Value at Risk; Stress Test;
  • Inglês para conversação;
  • Espanhol para conversação;
  • Disponibilidade para futura mudança para Portugal ou Espanha.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência prévia em projetos para bancos, instituições financeiras ou mercado de capitais;
  • Experiência com sistemas de cálculo ou motores de risco;
  • Conhecimento ou experiência com Devin ou outras ferramentas de IA aplicadas ao desenvolvimento;
  • Vivência em projetos internacionais.

Sobre o perfil

Buscamos uma pessoa com boa capacidade analítica e investigativa, confortável em atuar tanto com desenvolvimento quanto com análise de problemas em aplicações existentes.

É importante ter facilidade para transitar entre Java e C++, compreender regras e cálculos relacionados ao mercado financeiro e atuar de forma colaborativa com equipes internacionais.

Importante: apesar de a posição ser atualmente 100% remota, é necessário ter disponibilidade para futura relocação para Portugal ou Espanha. Inglês e espanhol são requisitos obrigatórios para a oportunidade.
