Vaga: Especialista em QA Mercado Financeiro

O Grupo Data está em busca de um(a) profissional com conhecimento avançado em processos de QA para atuar dentro de um squad de desenvolvimento, garantindo a qualidade e confiabilidade das entregas em um ambiente dinâmico e orientado a resultados.

Local de Trabalho: SP - 04x na semana

Requisitos Obrigatórios

Inglês Avançado

Experiência avançada em QA dentro de squads ágeis

Incluindo domínio em:

  • Metodologias de testes: funcionais, regressão, integração sistêmica;
  • Desenho e criação de cenários BDD, transformação de requisitos e especificações funcionais em planos de testes robustos, considerando regras de negócio do mercado financeiro;
  • Validação de dados em SQL;
  • Conhecimento sobre funcionamento de APIs;
  • Rastreabilidade: garantir cobertura total dos requisitos;
  • Atenção à performance e integridade de dados;
  • Abertura de JIRAs com descrição clara, evidências e acompanhamento até a correção final;
  • Execução, controle e gestão de cenários com status: Passed, Failed, Blocked, etc.;
  • Envio de Status Report com métricas de qualidade.

Conhecimentos Necessários Mercado Financeiro

  • Produtos financeiros, fundos e carteiras de investimento;
  • Noções de: Cotização, resgates e taxas; Processos de liquidação; Eventos corporativos; Conciliações.

Soft Skills

  • Excelente comunicação, especialmente para interação com áreas multifuncionais;
  • Perfil analítico, atenção a detalhes e capacidade de atuar em cenários complexos;
  • Proatividade e senso de urgência;
  • Capacidade de questionar requisitos e contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos.

  • Compreensão do ciclo de vida de projetos;
  • Conhecimento em Waterfall e Metodologias Ágeis;
  • Lean Six Sigma (desejável).
