Sobre a oportunidade

Estamos buscando um(a) Desenvolvedor(a) Java Sênior para integrar um projeto internacional de alta complexidade, atuando no desenvolvimento e evolução de serviços Java em produção, arquiteturas reativas e aplicações de alta concorrência.

A posição exige forte experiência em engenharia de software, sistemas distribuídos e ambientes de produção, com atuação em tecnologias como Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Kafka, gRPC, Protobuf e Cloud.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Desenvolver e evoluir serviços Java de alta performance e alta concorrência;
  • Trabalhar com arquiteturas reativas e processamento assíncrono;
  • Implementar integrações e comunicações utilizando gRPC e Protobuf;
  • Atuar com streaming de dados utilizando Apache Kafka;
  • Trabalhar com soluções de armazenamento em escala de produção;
  • Garantir qualidade, performance, escalabilidade e confiabilidade das aplicações;
  • Desenvolver e manter testes unitários, de integração e de contrato;
  • Participar de decisões técnicas e evolução da arquitetura das soluções;
  • Produzir e manter documentação técnica, incluindo design docs, postmortems e PRs;
  • Colaborar com equipes técnicas em um ambiente internacional.

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • 8+ anos de experiência profissional com Java;
  • Pelo menos 3 anos de experiência com Java 17 ou Java 21, incluindo conhecimentos de Records, Sealed Types, Pattern Matching e Virtual Threads;
  • Experiência sólida com Spring / Spring Boot em aplicações de produção;
  • Experiência com programação reativa utilizando Project Reactor ou RxJava, ou domínio avançado de programação assíncrona com CompletableFuture e concorrência estruturada;
  • Experiência prática com gRPC + Protobuf em produção, incluindo Streaming RPCs, deadlines, interceptors e evolução de schemas;
  • Conhecimentos sólidos de concorrência, incluindo thread-safety, dimensionamento de executors e padrões lock-free;
  • Experiência com JUnit 5, Mockito e AssertJ;
  • Experiência com testes de integração e contract/parity testing;
  • Experiência com Apache Kafka, incluindo consumer e producer;
  • Experiência em produção com Redis, PostgreSQL ou MongoDB;
  • Experiência com AWS ou Cloud equivalente, incluindo S3, IAM, Kafka gerenciado e runtimes de containers;
  • Excelente capacidade de comunicação escrita;
  • Inglês C1 ou superior;
  • Espanhol para conversação;
  • Disponibilidade para futura mudança para Portugal ou Espanha.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência liderando migrações ou refatorações complexas em aplicações/codebases multimódulo;
  • Experiência com containers multi-arquitetura Linux/AMD64 e Linux/ARM64;
  • Familiaridade com Python, especialmente para leitura e debugging;
  • Experiência com Apache Arrow ou outros formatos de dados colunares;
  • Experiência com pipelines de CI/CD, utilizando TeamCity, GitHub Actions ou tecnologias similares.
