The posting

Estamos buscando um Engenheiro DevOps Pleno baseado no Brasil para integrar a equipe global de DevOps. Você trabalhará em estreita colaboração com engenheiros em Londres e Polônia, além de desempenhar um papel fundamental no fortalecimento e expansão da capacidade DevOps no Brasil.

Esta posição exige alguém confortável atuando em ambientes de produção dentro de um setor regulado.

A equipe DevOps é responsável pelos deployments em produção, incluindo trabalho programado aos finais de semana em regime de escala (aproximadamente 1 final de semana a cada 5).

Responsabilidades

  • Projetar, manter e melhorar pipelines de CI/CD utilizando: Jenkins GitHub Actions
  • Gerenciar e dar suporte a deploys em: OpenShift (Kubernetes) AWS Infraestrutura bare-metal (sistemas de baixa latência)
  • Automatizar infraestrutura e configuração de aplicações utilizando Ansible
  • Suporte e troubleshooting em sistemas Unix/Linux, com integração a ambientes Windows
  • Monitoramento e observabilidade utilizando: Dynatrace (monitoramento e alertas) ELK stack (logs centralizados)
  • Colaboração com times de engenharia utilizando: GitHub Jira Confluence
  • Participação em atividades de release, incluindo: Deployments planejados Verificação pós-release Investigação de incidentes e análise de causa raiz
  • Participar da escala rotativa de releases aos finais de semana (~1 a cada 5)
  • Mentorar engenheiros DevOps juniores
  • Utilizar ferramentas assistidas por IA (GitHub Copilot, Rovo, Devin) para melhorar eficiência operacional
  • Melhorar documentação, padrões e boas práticas DevOps

Requisitos Essenciais (Obrigatórios)

  • Inglês nível B2+ (falado e escrito – comunicação diária com times internacionais)
  • Experiência sólida em administração Unix/Linux
  • Experiência consistente com Ansible (criação e manutenção de playbooks e roles)
  • Conhecimento avançado de Git e workflows colaborativos
  • Experiência prática com pipelines CI/CD (Jenkins e/ou GitHub Actions)
  • Experiência com Kubernetes / OpenShift
  • Experiência com scripting (Bash, Python ou similar)
  • Experiência suportando sistemas em produção
  • Disponibilidade para participar da escala rotativa de finais de semana
  • Localização: São Paulo (modelo híbrido – 2 vezes por semana presencial)
