Java Backend – Analista de Código Assistido por IA

Sobre a oportunidade

Buscamos um(a) Desenvolvedor(a) Java Backend para atuar na análise, revisão e otimização de código utilizando ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial Generativa. O profissional trabalhará na evolução de aplicações críticas, reduzindo dívida técnica, melhorando a qualidade do software e apoiando a adoção de práticas modernas de desenvolvimento em um ambiente ágil e colaborativo.

Responsabilidades

  • Participar do desenho de soluções e da arquitetura de software;
  • Revisar, melhorar e otimizar código-fonte utilizando ferramentas avançadas de IA e boas práticas de desenvolvimento;
  • Documentar soluções e evoluções técnicas em JIRA, Confluence e/ou ALM;
  • Analisar aplicações desenvolvidas em Java e Spring Boot, garantindo qualidade, escalabilidade e facilidade de manutenção;
  • Utilizar ferramentas de IA, como GitHub Copilot e Devin, para acelerar análises de código, refatoração e documentação;
  • Colaborar com equipes de engenharia na identificação de gargalos e oportunidades de melhoria;
  • Apoiar a implementação de boas práticas tanto no desenvolvimento Backend quanto Frontend;
  • Contribuir para a evolução dos processos de CI/CD;
  • Interagir com equipes de suporte à produção para acompanhamento e resolução de demandas.

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência como Desenvolvedor(a) de Software;
  • Experiência prática com ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial para desenvolvimento, como: GitHub Copilot; Devin;
  • Experiência em melhoria da qualidade de código e redução de dívida técnica;
  • Conhecimento em: Java; Spring Boot; JavaScript; Maven; Node.js (JADE); HTML; Banco de dados Oracle; APIs REST e Microsserviços; Pipelines de CI/CD; Git e práticas DevOps;
  • Forte conhecimento em segurança e qualidade de software utilizando ferramentas como: Fortify; SonarQube;
  • Inglês B2
  • Espanhol B2

  • Experiência com plataformas Cloud e sistemas distribuídos;
  • Conhecimento de produtos de Tesouraria, Mercado Financeiro ou Serviços Financeiros;
  • Capacidade de compreender requisitos de negócio e traduzi-los em soluções técnicas;
  • Interesse por novas tecnologias e inovação;
  • Boa comunicação, colaboração e trabalho em equipe.

  • Disponibilidade para atuar em regime de plantão ou turnos, quando necessário;
  • Facilidade para trabalhar em ambientes dinâmicos e de alta pressão.

Formação

  • Graduação em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação, Matemática ou áreas correlatas.

Condições da posição

  • Atuação 100% remota;
  • É obrigatória a disponibilidade para mudança futura para Portugal ou Espanha, caso seja necessário por questões de projeto, estratégia da empresa ou requisitos legais;
  • Enquanto estiver no Brasil, o trabalho será realizado integralmente em regime remoto;
  • Os currículos deverão ser apresentados em inglês.
