Sobre a oportunidade

Buscamos um(a) Desenvolvedor(a) Java Backend para atuar no desenvolvimento e evolução de soluções baseadas em Camunda 8 (BPMN), contribuindo para a automação de processos de negócio em um ambiente ágil e de alta complexidade. O profissional será responsável pelo desenho técnico, desenvolvimento de microsserviços, qualidade do software e colaboração com equipes multidisciplinares.

Responsabilidades

  • Desenvolver novos componentes e manter/evoluir funcionalidades existentes de acordo com o roadmap do produto;
  • Atuar de forma ativa na garantia da qualidade do software e na disseminação de boas práticas de desenvolvimento ágil;
  • Definir e implementar testes automatizados;
  • Apoiar e orientar tecnicamente desenvolvedores juniores;
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com as áreas de negócio e stakeholders para entendimento e refinamento dos requisitos;
  • Garantir a entrega das soluções dentro do escopo e com alto padrão de qualidade;
  • Definir o desenho técnico das soluções e manter a documentação de arquitetura atualizada;
  • Colaborar com equipes parceiras de tecnologia na evolução das aplicações;
  • Participar do refinamento técnico de épicos e histórias de usuário;
  • Produzir documentação técnica e apresentações de novas funcionalidades.

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Experiência prática no desenho e implementação de processos BPMN utilizando Camunda 8;
  • Conhecimento sólido em Java 11 ou superior;
  • Domínio dos princípios de Programação Orientada a Objetos (POO);
  • Experiência com: Spring Boot; Spring Cloud Config; Spring Data JPA; Spring MVC;
  • Experiência no desenvolvimento de arquiteturas orientadas a serviços e microsserviços;
  • Experiência com testes automatizados utilizando JUnit, Mockito e/ou Cucumber;
  • Vivência com ferramentas de Integração Contínua e Entrega Contínua (CI/CD);
  • Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis, especialmente Scrum;
  • Desenvolvimento e consumo de APIs RESTful;
  • Inglês B2
  • Espanhol B2

Diferenciais

  • Experiência com Docker e Kubernetes;
  • Conhecimento no stack ELK (Elasticsearch e Kibana);
  • Experiência com bancos de dados NoSQL;

Condições da posição

  • Atuação 100% remota;
  • É obrigatória a disponibilidade para mudança futura para Portugal ou Espanha, caso seja necessário por questões de projeto, estratégia da empresa ou requisitos legais;
  • Enquanto estiver no Brasil, o trabalho será realizado integralmente em regime remoto;
  • Os currículos deverão ser apresentados em inglês.
