Java Backend – Mensageria Financeira com IA aplicada ao Desenvolvimento

Sobre a oportunidade

Estamos em busca de um(a) Desenvolvedor(a) Java Backend para atuar no desenvolvimento de soluções de mensageria financeira em um ambiente de alta complexidade técnica. O profissional participará da construção de microsserviços, integração com plataformas de mensageria e da adoção de Inteligência Artificial Generativa para otimizar o ciclo de desenvolvimento de software.

Responsabilidades

  • Desenvolver e manter microsserviços utilizando Java e Spring Boot;
  • Implementar soluções para transformação e processamento de mensageria financeira;
  • Integrar aplicações com brokers de mensageria e canais de distribuição;
  • Projetar e otimizar consultas em bancos de dados relacionais;
  • Participar dos processos de CI/CD e apoiar a resolução de incidentes em produção;
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com as equipes de Arquitetura, QA, DevOps e Negócio;
  • Realizar revisões de código e apoiar tecnicamente profissionais juniores;
  • Contribuir para a adoção de tecnologias de IA Generativa, promovendo maior produtividade e automação no desenvolvimento de software.

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Experiência mínima de 3 anos em desenvolvimento Backend com Java e Spring Boot;
  • Experiência mínima de 4 anos utilizando Git;
  • Vivência com brokers de mensageria, como Kafka, IBM MQ ou similares;
  • Experiência com bancos de dados relacionais, como Oracle e PostgreSQL;
  • Desenvolvimento de APIs REST e arquiteturas de microsserviços;
  • Conhecimento em Inteligência Artificial Generativa (GenAI), incluindo: Assistentes de desenvolvimento com IA; Prompt Engineering; Avaliação de respostas geradas por LLMs (Large Language Models);
  • Inglês B2
  • Espanhol B2

Será considerado um diferencial

  • Experiência no setor financeiro, bancário ou meios de pagamento;
  • Conhecimento em padrões de mensageria financeira (ISO 20022 e SWIFT);
  • Experiência com Amazon S3 e/ou Redis;
  • Integração de soluções de IA via APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini e Claude);
  • Conhecimento em RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation);
  • Desenvolvimento de Agentes de IA;
  • Automação de workflows utilizando IA;
  • Graduação em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas.

Condições da posição

  • Atuação 100% remota;
  • É obrigatória a disponibilidade para mudança futura para Portugal ou Espanha, caso seja necessário por questões de projeto, estratégia da empresa ou requisitos legais;
  • Enquanto estiver no Brasil, o trabalho será realizado integralmente em regime remoto;
  • Os currículos deverão ser apresentados em inglês.
