Quem procuramos?

Engenheiro/a Sénior de Aplicações Móveis (React Native), para assumir um papel de liderança na manutenção e evolução das bases técnicas da aplicação móvel.

Principais tarefas a desenvolver:

  • Integrar a equipa de Frontend Platform, responsável pelas bases do desenvolvimento da aplicação móvel e do frontend web, assumindo a responsabilidade principal pela infraestrutura e pelas bases técnicas da aplicação móvel.
  • Liderar o desenvolvimento, a manutenção e a evolução da aplicação React Native para iOS e Android.
  • Manter e evoluir a arquitetura móvel, as ferramentas, as dependências e o ambiente de desenvolvimento, assegurando que a plataforma é fiável, fácil de manter e simples de utilizar.
  • Melhorar a experiência de desenvolvimento e apoiar os engenheiros das várias equipas de produto — incluindo os que não têm experiência aprofundada em desenvolvimento móvel — para que possam desenvolver e disponibilizar funcionalidades com confiança.
  • Colaborar com as equipas de produto na conceção e no desenvolvimento de funcionalidades móveis.
  • Utilizar dados de utilização do produto e indicadores de entrega para identificar oportunidades e definir prioridades de investimento na plataforma e nas ferramentas.
  • Promover a melhoria contínua da experiência de desenvolvimento e da experiência dos utilizadores da aplicação.
  • Partilhar conhecimento e apoiar as equipas na adoção de práticas que tornem o desenvolvimento e a entrega de funcionalidades móveis mais seguros e eficientes.

Competências e conhecimentos técnicos obrigatórios:

  • Conhecimentos avançados em desenvolvimento de aplicações móveis, ferramentas e arquitetura, com forte domínio de React Native e TypeScript.
  • Experiência na manutenção e integração de módulos nativos.
  • Conhecimento aprofundado do ecossistema React Native e Expo.
  • Experiência na utilização de ferramentas de desenvolvimento assistido por inteligência artificial, como o Copilot ou o Claude Code, para melhorar a velocidade de desenvolvimento e a qualidade do código, em particular para facilitar a participação de engenheiros sem experiência aprofundada em desenvolvimento mobile.
  • Compreender todo o ciclo de vida de uma aplicação móvel, incluindo desenvolvimento, testes, CI/CD, compilação, lançamento, monitorização e distribuição na App Store e no Google Play.
  • Experiência prática com infraestrutura, ferramentas e automatização para desenvolvimento móvel.
  • Inglês fluente (oral e escrito).

Competências e conhecimentos técnicos desejáveis:

  • Experiência como Tech Lead, Software Architect ou mentor/a.
  • Conhecimentos de desenvolvimento frontend web, Azure Pipelines, MobX, C#, .NET ou SQL.
  • Conhecimento de boas práticas de acessibilidade.
  • Experiência na gestão de uma pequena empresa ou familiaridade com contabilidade, banca ou fintech.

Regime de trabalho: Híbrido (1x por semana no escritório em Lisboa ou Porto).
