Resumo da Oportunidade

Buscamos um PMO com sólida experiência em gerenciamento de projetos estratégicos e de alto valor, especialmente em ambientes financeiros, bancários ou de tecnologia.

O profissional atuará em modelo híbrido, com presença presencial 3x por semana em Santo Amaro (SP), sendo responsável por apoiar a governança, execução e acompanhamento de projetos críticos da instituição.

Principais Atribuições

  • Participar de testes de aceitação do usuário (UAT): preparação de casos de teste, execução de ciclos e validação de resultados com usuários finais.
  • Gerenciar o ciclo completo de projetos, desde o planejamento até a entrega, utilizando metodologias PMBOK, Ágil e Scrum.
  • Traduzir requisitos de negócio em especificações técnicas, apoiando integrações entre sistemas (APIs, fluxos de dados e processos batch).
  • Conduzir reuniões de acompanhamento, status reports e gestão de stakeholders.
  • Analisar dados via SQL para validação e troubleshooting de processos operacionais.
  • Apoiar áreas de negócio e TI na definição de planos de ação, cronogramas e controles de qualidade.
  • Contribuir com melhorias contínuas de processos e boas práticas de governança de projetos.

Requisitos Técnicos e Experiência Necessária

  • Experiência comprovada como PMO, Analista de Projetos ou Gerente de Projetos em ambiente corporativo de grande porte.
  • Domínio de metodologias de gestão de projetos (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum).
  • Conhecimento do ciclo de vida das operações financeiras, incluindo: Cálculo do VPL (Valor Presente Líquido) Custódia e reconciliação Ações corporativas e requisitos regulatórios
  • Proeficiência em SQL para análise e validação de dados.
  • Experiência com integrações de sistemas, APIs e fluxos de dados.
  • Excel avançado e ferramentas de gestão (Power BI, MS Project, Jira, Confluence).
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, organização e liderança.

Desejável

  • Vivência em ambientes que utilizem plataformas TOTVS/Dimensa SAC, JCOT ou similares.
  • Experiência com estruturas de relatórios regulatórios.
  • Certificações PMP, Scrum Master ou Agile Practitioner serão considerados diferenciais.
