Vaga: QA/Developer (Híbrido SP)

O time Funding Hub IT Santander CIB está em busca de um(a) QA/Developer talentoso(a), detalhista e com forte capacidade analítica para atuar tanto na nossa aplicação web principal quanto na ferramenta de relatórios.

Trata-se de um papel híbrido entre Qualidade (QA) e Desenvolvimento, essencial para garantir a confiabilidade, performance e evolução contínua dos nossos produtos digitais.

Atenção: Apenas candidatos localizados no Brasil, pois o modelo de trabalho é híbrido (presencial + remoto).

Responsabilidades

  • Criar, desenvolver e executar testes automatizados e manuais para aplicações web e ferramentas de reporting.
  • Colaborar com desenvolvedores, product managers e analistas de negócio para compreender requisitos e transformá-los em estratégias de teste eficazes.
  • Identificar, documentar e acompanhar bugs, garantindo sua resolução dentro do prazo.
  • Contribuir com o desenvolvimento de novas funcionalidades e melhorias para as plataformas.
  • Desenvolver e manter frameworks e scripts de automação (ex.: Selenium, Cypress ou similares).
  • Realizar testes de regressão, integração e performance.
  • Garantir a precisão e integridade dos dados apresentados em relatórios.
  • Participar de code reviews, oferecendo feedback alinhado às melhores práticas de qualidade.
  • Manter documentação atualizada sobre processos de QA, casos de teste e atividades de desenvolvimento.

️ Requisitos Obrigatórios

  • Graduação em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência tanto em desenvolvimento de software quanto em QA para aplicações web.
  • Proficiência em Python e Java.
  • Experiência com ferramentas de automação de testes.
  • Familiaridade com Power BI e validação de dados/resultados.
  • Entendimento sólido de tecnologias web.
  • Fortes habilidades analíticas e de resolução de problemas.
  • Boa comunicação em inglês (mínimo B2).

  • Familiaridade com SQL e testes em banco de dados.
  • Vivência em ambientes Ágeis/Scrum.
  • Boa comunicação em espanhol.
