Executivo(a) Comercial Hunter – Outsourcing / Alocação TI

Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional comercial com forte atuação hunter para impulsionar a expansão da nossa operação de Tecnologia, atuando diretamente na prospecção de novos clientes e geração de oportunidades em outsourcing e alocação de profissionais de TI.

Buscamos alguém com perfil estratégico, visão de negócios e carteira ativa de clientes com demanda recorrente de staffing, body shop e squads de tecnologia.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Prospectar e desenvolver novos clientes para serviços de outsourcing e alocação de profissionais de TI;
  • Atuar na abertura de contas e geração de novas oportunidades comerciais;
  • Desenvolver relacionamento com gestores e decisores das áreas de Tecnologia, RH e Compras;
  • Identificar demandas de contratação e transformar oportunidades em novas vagas/projetos;
  • Conduzir negociações comerciais, propostas e alinhamentos contratuais;
  • Trabalhar em parceria com o time de recrutamento para garantir agilidade e assertividade nas entregas;
  • Gerenciar pipeline comercial e forecast de oportunidades;
  • Atuar com foco em metas, crescimento de carteira e expansão de negócios.

Requisitos

  • Experiência sólida na venda de serviços de outsourcing, staff augmentation ou body shop de TI;
  • Carteira ativa de clientes com histórico de geração de demandas em tecnologia;
  • Vivência comercial no segmento de tecnologia/consultoria de TI;
  • Experiência com hunting comercial e prospecção ativa;
  • Conhecimento do mercado de tecnologia e perfis de TI;
  • Forte habilidade de negociação e relacionamento;
  • Perfil hands-on, comunicativo e orientado a resultados.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência com clientes enterprise, bancos, fintechs ou grandes consultorias;
  • Vivência com contratos de squads, fábrica de software ou outsourcing especializado;
  • Networking consolidado no mercado de tecnologia;
  • Experiência em consultorias de TI ou empresas de staffing.
