Local e modelo de trabalho

Híbrido, na região da Berrini, São Paulo (SP), com 3 dias presenciais no escritório do Grupo Data e o restante remoto.

Missão do cargo

Gerar e qualificar oportunidades comerciais para o Grupo Data, trabalhando em dupla com o executivo de vendas. O SDR é dono do topo do funil: encontra as contas certas, abre a conversa e entrega ao executivo reuniões qualificadas com decisores.

Responsabilidades

Prospectar ativamente (outbound) contas no perfil ideal do Grupo Data, por e-mail, LinkedIn, telefone e WhatsApp, e tratar os leads inbound que chegarem por site, eventos e parcerias (incluindo indicações da Anthropic via Claude Partner Network). Qualificar cada oportunidade (dor, orçamento, decisor, prazo) antes de passar ao executivo. Agendar e confirmar reuniões, garantindo que o executivo entre com contexto completo. Manter o CRM atualizado, com cadência de follow-up disciplinada. Apoiar a preparação de propostas e materiais para o portfólio: treinamentos de Claude, licenças Claude, Data Omnis, alocação de profissionais e ITSM. Reportar semanalmente o pipeline gerado e as taxas de conversão por etapa.

Perfil

Experiência prévia em pré-vendas ou SDR em tecnologia, consultoria ou SaaS B2B. Comunicação escrita e falada muito boa em português; inglês ou espanhol é um diferencial pelas operações em Portugal, Espanha, EUA e Canadá. Curiosidade por IA e dados, com capacidade de explicar em linguagem simples o que o Grupo Data faz. Organização, resiliência a "não" e disciplina de cadência. Familiaridade com CRM e ferramentas de prospecção (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha ou similares).

Indicadores

Reuniões qualificadas agendadas e realizadas por mês; oportunidades aceitas pelo executivo; pipeline gerado em R$; taxa de conversão de contato para reunião e de reunião para oportunidade. Metas definidas e revisadas trimestralmente.

Remuneração

Fixo mais variável, conforme a política de bonificação do time comercial (a variável considera as oportunidades geradas que se converterem em venda; licenças Claude não entram na base de comissionamento)
