  Missão do cargo

Liderar tecnicamente a digitalização de controles internos de um cliente do setor financeiro, projetando a arquitetura de dados e construindo a plataforma de supervisão no ecossistema Microsoft/Power BI.  Atuará como principal referência técnica junto ao cliente, garantindo consistência com o modelo já implementado em outra área. Também será responsável pela interlocução funcional com os responsáveis pelos controles e atuará como ponto focal no dia a dia com as áreas de negócio.

  Principais responsabilidades

Definir o modelo de dados (execução, resultados, evidências e exceções)



Desenvolver conectores e lógica de transformação a partir de múltiplas fontes (bancos de dados, Excel, SharePoint e sistemas internos)



Implementar segurança em nível de linha (RLS) dinâmica por perfil (área, gestor, supervisão executiva)

 

Tomar decisões de arquitetura no setup inicial e validar a viabilidade técnica das integrações

Revisar e aprovar entregas do perfil júnior antes de avançar para UAT

Realizar análise funcional de requisitos e coordenar com o time técnico da CACEIS Espanha para garantir consistência global

Conduzir o intake funcional dos controles: revisar documentação padrão (Word), identificar gaps e alinhar ajustes com o cliente

Gerenciar e acompanhar o projeto

 

Requisitos obrigatórios

 

+4 anos de experiência com Power BI em projetos com cliente final

Domínio avançado de:

DAX

Power Query / M

Modelagem dimensional

 

Experiência com Power BI Service:

Workspaces

Gateways

Dataflows

Ciclo de publicação

Experiência com RLS dinâmica em ambientes com múltiplas áreas

 

Forte capacidade de análise funcional (traduzir negócio solução técnica)

 

Boa comunicação e experiência com interlocução com cliente  

Diferenciais

Experiência em ambientes financeiros regulados (bancos, asset management, seguros)



Conhecimento em ferramentas de GRC / controles internos
