Quem procuramos? Senior Business Analyst com experiência no setor de Retail.

Procuramos um perfil com forte capacidade analítica e de gestão de stakeholders, capaz de fazer a ponte entre as necessidades do negócio e as equipas de delivery, contribuindo para a otimização de processos, transformação digital e implementação de novas soluções.

Principais tarefas:

  • Colaborar com stakeholders de negócio para compreender objetivos, desafios e oportunidades.
  • Levantar, analisar, documentar, validar e gerir requisitos de negócio e funcionais.
  • Elaborar user stories, acceptance criteria, especificações funcionais, process maps e business workflows.
  • Analisar processos de Retail e identificar oportunidades de otimização, automação e transformação digital.
  • Facilitar workshops, entrevistas e sessões de levantamento de requisitos com equipas técnicas e de negócio.
  • Realizar gap analysis e impact assessments associados a novas soluções e alterações.
  • Apoiar o desenho e implementação de novos processos, modelos operacionais e soluções tecnológicas.
  • Trabalhar em proximidade com Product Owners, Project Managers, Architects e Development Teams ao longo de todo o ciclo de projeto.
  • Garantir a rastreabilidade dos requisitos e o alinhamento entre as necessidades do negócio e as soluções entregues.

Conhecimentos Obrigatórios:

  • 6+ anos de experiência profissional, com experiência comprovada enquanto Business Analyst em contextos de Retail.
  • Conhecimento sólido de processos de Retail, nomeadamente Store Operations, Merchandising, Inventory & Supply Chain, Pricing & Promotions e POS.
  • Experiência com Omnichannel Customer Journeys, eCommerce e Digital Retail.
  • Experiência em projetos de transformação, change management ou modernização digital.
  • Forte experiência no levantamento, análise e documentação de requisitos.
  • Experiência na criação de user stories, process flows, business requirements e functional specifications.
  • Experiência em stakeholder management, com capacidade para interagir com diferentes áreas de negócio e equipas técnicas.
  • Conhecimentos de Agile, Scrum e Waterfall.
  • Experiência com ferramentas como Jira, Confluence, Visio, Miro ou similares.
  • Português e inglês fluentes.

Localização: Lisboa.

Regime de trabalho: Remoto ou, preferencialmente, híbrido, 2x por semana no escritório em Lisboa.
