Quem procuramos? Senior Java Backend Engineer.

Competências e conhecimentos técnicos obrigatórios:

  • 8+ anos de experiência profissional com Java, incluindo pelo menos 3 anos com Java 17 ou Java 21;
  • Conhecimentos sólidos das funcionalidades mais recentes de Java, nomeadamente records, sealed types, pattern matching e, quando aplicável, virtual threads;
  • Experiência sólida e comprovada com Spring / Spring Boot em ambientes produtivos;
  • Experiência em programação reativa com Project Reactor ou RxJava, incluindo Mono/Flux, backpressure, retry/backoff e hot vs. cold publishers; alternativamente, experiência sólida em programação assíncrona com CompletableFuture e structured concurrency;
  • Experiência profissional com gRPC + Protobuf, incluindo streaming RPCs, deadlines, interceptors e evolução de schemas;
  • Conhecimentos sólidos de concorrência, incluindo thread-safety, executor sizing, lock-free patterns e gestão do ciclo de vida de threads;
  • Experiência sólida em testing com JUnit 5, Mockito e AssertJ, incluindo testes de integração com dependências reais e contract/parity testing;
  • Experiência com Kafka, incluindo consumer/producer semantics;
  • Experiência em contexto produtivo com pelo menos uma das seguintes tecnologias: Redis, PostgreSQL ou MongoDB;
  • Experiência com Cloud/AWS ou equivalente, nomeadamente S3, IAM, managed Kafka e container runtimes;
  • Excelente capacidade de comunicação escrita e documentação técnica, incluindo design documents, postmortems e documentação de Pull Requests;
  • Inglês mínimo C1 – requisito obrigatório e eliminatório;
  • Espanhol fluente – requisito obrigatório e eliminatório.

Competências e conhecimentos técnicos desejáveis:

  • Experiência na liderança de migrações ou refactorings complexos em codebases multi-módulo;
  • Experiência com container packaging e builds multi-arch, nomeadamente Linux/AMD64 e Linux/ARM64;
  • Conhecimentos de Python, com capacidade para compreender e fazer debugging de código;
  • Experiência com Apache Arrow ou outros formatos de dados colunares;
  • Experiência com TeamCity, GitHub Actions ou ferramentas equivalentes, incluindo gestão/evolução de pipelines de CI/CD.
