Sobre a oportunidade

Estamos buscando um(a) Integration Technical Lead para atuar em um projeto internacional no setor financeiro, liderando a integração técnica end-to-end de plataformas externas de liquidez com uma infraestrutura tecnológica global.

A posição terá forte interface com equipes de Arquitetura, Engenharia, Infraestrutura, Operações e Cibersegurança, além da gestão técnica de fornecedores e parceiros externos em diferentes países.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Liderar integrações técnicas end-to-end de plataformas externas;
  • Coordenar o deployment da solução em diferentes geografias na Europa e nas Américas;
  • Garantir interoperabilidade entre plataformas, sistemas e infraestruturas;
  • Atuar como principal referência técnica junto a fornecedores de software e Managed Service Providers;
  • Coordenar fornecedores de suporte Tier 1 e Tier 2;
  • Supervisionar entrega de serviços, governança técnica e resolução de incidentes;
  • Garantir aderência aos padrões de Arquitetura, Tecnologia, Cibersegurança e Resiliência Operacional;
  • Liderar decisões técnicas e iniciativas envolvendo diferentes equipes;
  • Identificar e mitigar riscos técnicos e de entrega;
  • Acompanhar monitoramento, dashboards, KPIs e reporting;
  • Promover boas práticas de Engenharia e melhoria contínua.

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência liderando iniciativas ou equipes técnicas;
  • Experiência comprovada com gestão de serviços de TI terceirizados;
  • Experiência na coordenação de fornecedores e parceiros de suporte Tier 1 e Tier 2;
  • Conhecimento sólido de arquiteturas corporativas e padrões de integração;
  • Experiência com APIs REST/SOAP;
  • Conhecimentos de mensageria, como MQ, Kafka ou tecnologias similares;
  • Conhecimentos de redes, firewalls e VPN;
  • Experiência com mecanismos seguros de troca de dados;
  • Forte capacidade de gestão de stakeholders técnicos e de negócio;
  • Experiência com monitoramento de aplicações, dashboards, KPIs e reporting;
  • Inglês para conversação — obrigatório;
  • Espanhol para conversação — obrigatório;
  • Disponibilidade para futura mudança para Portugal ou Espanha.

  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de automação e Engenharia de Software assistida por IA;
  • Conhecimento ou experiência com Devin;
  • Experiência em projetos envolvendo múltiplos países e geografias;
  • Vivência em ambientes financeiros de alta complexidade;
  • Experiência com governança técnica, cibersegurança e resiliência operacional.
