Analista de RH Generalista para atuar nos processos de Recursos Humanos com foco em Recrutamento e Seleção e nas rotinas do departamento, apoiando colaboradores e lideranças. Buscamos uma pessoa organizada, proativa e comunicativa, com atenção aos detalhes, compromisso com prazos e discrição no tratamento de informações.

  • Apoiar recrutamento e seleção, incluindo divulgação de vagas, triagem de currículos, entrevistas e acompanhamento das contratações.
  • Organizar a integração dos novos colaboradores e acompanhar as avaliações do período de experiência.
  • Executar rotinas admissionais, conferindo documentos, acompanhando exames e mantendo cadastros, contratos e prontuários atualizados.
  • Acompanhar e tratar o ponto eletrônico, conferindo faltas, atrasos, horas extras, banco de horas e justificativas.
  • Organizar e conferir informações e variáveis para o fechamento da folha de pagamento, em parceria com a equipe responsável.
  • Realizar inclusões, exclusões e alterações de benefícios, acompanhando movimentações e conferindo valores e faturas.
  • Controlar a programação de férias e acompanhar documentos e prazos.
  • Apoiar desligamentos, conferência de documentação e acompanhamento de exames demissionais.
  • Controlar atestados, afastamentos e retornos, encaminhando as informações aos responsáveis.
  • Apoiar a conferência de dados para o eSocial, em interface com a contabilidade ou equipe responsável.
  • Apoiar treinamentos e ações de comunicação interna, clima e engajamento.
  • Atualizar planilhas e indicadores de RH e DP.
  • Atender colaboradores e esclarecer dúvidas sobre ponto, benefícios, férias e procedimentos internos.
  • Manter arquivos organizados e preservar a confidencialidade das informações.

Requisitos

  • Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Psicologia ou áreas relacionadas.
  • Experiência em rotinas de Recursos Humanos e Departamento Pessoal.
  • Conhecimento de admissão, ponto eletrônico, benefícios, férias e apoio ao fechamento da folha.
  • Noções de legislação trabalhista e eSocial.
  • Conhecimento de Excel para elaboração e atualização de planilhas e controles.
  • Facilidade com sistemas de RH e Departamento Pessoal.
  • Boa comunicação oral e escrita, organização e atenção aos detalhes.
  • Capacidade de priorizar demandas, acompanhar prazos e trabalhar em equipe.

  • Conhecimento dos sistemas Sólides e FolhaCerta.
  • Vivência com equipes operacionais ou empresas de prestação de serviços.
  • Experiência no atendimento a diferentes empresas ou unidades de um mesmo grupo.

Horário de trabalho

  • Segunda a quinta-feira: das 8h às 18h.
  • Sexta-feira: das 8h às 17h.
