Principais Atividades

Atividades Diárias

• Acompanhar a performance de vendas dos frentistas.

• Avaliar a qualidade dos atendimentos realizados.

• Monitorar exposição e organização dos produtos na pista.

• Garantir o funcionamento, limpeza e organização dos banheiros.

• Realizar verificação do atendimento ao cliente (organização de filas, orientação dos frentistas).

• Garantir atualização dos placares de preços e folhetos promocionais.

Atividades Semanais

• Controlar descarte correto de resíduos (SSMA).

• Verificar canaletas, filtros, extintores e sistema de segurança.

• Acompanhar escalas e cobertura de horários dos frentistas.

• Realizar treinamentos e feedbacks práticos com a equipe.

• Executar checklist de manutenção (bombas, compressores, jardim, mangueiras).

• Acompanhar evolução e engajamento da equipe no programa 5S.

• Realizar leitura de energia, água e verificação de documentos fiscais obrigatórios.

Atividades Mensais

• Participar de reuniões com o gerente geral para alinhamento estratégico.

• Consolidar resultados dos KPIs da equipe.

• Apoiar na execução de campanhas comerciais e motivacionais.

• Apoiar revisões de metas e avaliação de desempenho.

Requisitos:

  • Operação em caixas;
  • Controle de estoque;
  • Experiência com vendas;
  • Experiência com gestão de pessoas;
  • Ter uma comunicação clara e objetiva;
  • Ter um conhecimento básico de manutenção preventiva.
  • Experiencia em liderança de equipes
  • Habilidade comercial com foco em resultados
  • Informática básica: Excel
  • CNH + veiculo Próprio

Horário de trabalho: 15:00 às 23:20hrs

Local de Trabalho: Uberlândia - MG | BR 365, km 604
