A área Contábil é responsável por garantir a integridade, confiabilidade e conformidade das informações contábeis da empresa, assegurando o cumprimento das normas, legislações vigentes e políticas internas. Atua em parceria com as áreas Fiscal, Financeira, Controladoria, Auditoria e demais áreas do negócio, contribuindo para a transparência das informações e a tomada de decisões. Como Analista Contábil Sênior, você terá o desafio de assegurar a qualidade, a confiabilidade e a eficiência dos processos contábeis, atuando de forma estratégica na execução e revisão dos fechamentos mensais, garantindo a consistência das informações e o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos. Será responsável por analisar operações contábeis de maior complexidade, identificar e solucionar inconsistências, apoiar o atendimento à auditoria externa e assegurar a conformidade com as normas contábeis vigentes. Além disso, terá papel fundamental na identificação e implementação de melhorias, na otimização dos processos e na redução dos prazos de fechamento, contribuindo para a evolução contínua da área contábil e apoiando tecnicamente os demais integrantes da equipe

Responsabilidades e atribuições Conduzir as conciliações contábeis das contas patrimoniais e de resultado, garantindo a integridade, a confiabilidade e a consistência das informações contábeis.Analisar e validar lançamentos contábeis de maior complexidade, assegurando o correto reconhecimento e registro das operações da empresa.Coordenar tecnicamente as atividades do fechamento contábil mensal, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos e a qualidade das informações apresentadas.Elaborar e revisar demonstrações financeiras, assegurando a conformidade com as normas contábeis vigentes, a legislação societária e as políticas internas.Identificar, analisar e solucionar inconsistências contábeis, propondo ações corretivas e preventivas.Atuar como referência técnica para a equipe contábil, apoiando os demais analistas na resolução de questões complexas e na padronização dos procedimentos.Conduzir o atendimento às auditorias externas, garantindo a disponibilização das informações, o esclarecimento dos questionamentos e o acompanhamento das pendências identificadas.Identificar e implementar oportunidades de melhoria, automatização e otimização dos processos contábeis, visando maior eficiência e redução dos prazos de fechamento.Assegurar a conformidade dos processos contábeis com as normas CPC/IFRS, a legislação vigente e os controles internos da companhia.Identificar e implementar oportunidades de melhoria, automatização e otimização dos processos contábeis, visando maior eficiência e redução dos prazos de fechamento.Atuar em conjunto com as demais áreas da empresa, oferecendo suporte técnico contábil e contribuindo para a correta contabilização das operações.Elaborar, revisar e assegurar a entrega das obrigações acessórias, incluindo ECD e informações requeridas pelo IBGE, observando os prazos e as exigências legais.Apoiar a implementação de novos processos, sistemas e controles contábeis, contribuindo para o aprimoramento contínuo da área

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRegistro ativo no CRC;Mínimo de 4 anos de experiência na área Contábil;Desejável experiência com SAP Business One (SAP B1);Obrigatório conhecimento na elaboração de demonstrações financeiras;Organização, atenção aos detalhes e interesse em desenvolvimento profissional.
