Com 30 anos de atuação no mercado, sempre investimos em tecnologia de última geração e em uma equipe de profissionais altamente capacitados, sendo reconhecidos por atender às necessidades individuais de cada paciente com um atendimento único e humanizado.Ao longo de nossa trajetória, ampliamos nosso portfólio de exames e proporcionamos diagnósticos precisos em cinco cidades do interior de São Paulo: Campinas, Jundiaí, Indaiatuba, Sumaré e Hortolândia.Nossa especialidade é medicina diagnóstica, e nosso propósito é respeitar e cuidar de vidas.Profissional exerce um papel de extrema importância, oferece a primeira assistência ao paciente, é responsável pela comunicação com a família e demais envolvidos no processo da realização do exame, assegura melhor qualidade possível de atendimento ao paciente.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealiza acolhimento, aos pacientes em exames de Ressonância magnética e tomografia computadorizada;Executa ações assistenciais de enfermagem, sob supervisão, observando e registrando sinais e sintomas apresentados pelo paciente;Controle de sinais vitais, teste de glicemia capilar e valor de creatinina;Avalia questionário de segurança de exames preenchidos pelo paciente;Realiza punção venosa;Administração de medicamentos por via oral e endovenosa;Preparar pacientes para exames, orientando-os sobre as condições de realização;Realiza preparo pré e pós exames; Mantem a unidade de trabalho organizada, zelando pela sua conservação comunicando ao Enfermeiro eventuais problemas;Realiza a lavagem, secagem e esterilização do material utilizado em exames;Realiza posicionamento de acordo com o exame a ser realizado em tomografia computadorizada e ressonância magnética;Auxilia médico em exames sob anestesia (de acordo com a unidade);Realiza assistência de enfermagem pós anestesia (de acordo com a unidade);Orienta paciente pós exames realizados;Atuação sistêmica de forma integral ao paciente;Garantir a organização e limpeza do ambiente de trabalho;Auxiliar no controle de estoque de materiais, equipamentos e medicamentos;Acompanhar fila de trabalho;Alimentar planilha de antecipação de resultados de imagens e cd;Alimentar Planilha de intercorrências no plantão;Alimentar planilha de temperatura do setor de ressonância e tomografia;Separação dos filmes dos exames nas pastas de pacientes e envio para o setor de entrega;Realizar abertura de chamado quando necessário;Saber resolver conflitos;Seguir programa de excelência em atendimento visando sempre expressar os valores da empresa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação completa em Técnico em Enfermagem com COREN ativo;Habilidade para realizar punção venosa, administração de medicamentos via oral e endovenosa;Capacidade de avaliar questionário de segurança e orientar pacientes sobre os exames;Acolhimento humanizado, com empatia e escuta ativa;Seguir protocolos de excelência no atendimento, expressando os valores da empresa;Experiência prévia na área.DiferenciaisExperiência prévia em serviços de imagem (ressonância magnética e tomografia).Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Vale alimentação, Vale Refeição, Assistência Médica, Assistência Odontológica e Total Pass.Tipo de contratação:Contratação CLT, com atuação presencial.
