Hoje somos uma das maiores construtoras e incorporadoras do Ceará e somos reconhecidos por nossa credibilidade, projetosarrojados e inovação tecnológica.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar a rotina de serviços realizados na obra, por meio dos softwares de gestão e acompanhamento dos serviços;Acompanhar quantitativos e consumos de materiais dos serviços realizados na obra;Elaborar acompanhamento de produção dos serviços realizados na obra para fechamento da folha de pagamento dos colaboradores;Acompanhar execução de serviços na obra, atendendo o projeto e os requisitos do sistema da qualidade e realizar o registro de recebimento de serviços de obra;Elaborar o diário de obra;Atualizar quadro de gestão a vista;Preencher controles de atividades da obra;Auxiliar na elaboração do mapa de cotação de contratos e aditivos de terceiros;Acompanhar os serviços executados e auxiliar na compilação dos dados do planejamento e produção;Levantar e compilar informações do campo para auxiliar o Engenheiro na tomada de decisão de escolha de materiais com base nas especificações técnicas;Acompanhar e auxiliar o Encarregado no abastecimento de materiais para os serviços;Executar demais atividades correlatas ao cargo, segundo necessidades da área e direcionamento do gestor.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior em andamento (a partir do 4º semestre) em Engenharia Civil ou Engenharia de Produção;Excel, Word e Powerpoint Intermediários;AutoCad Intermediário;Revit Básico;MsProject Básico;Noções em PowerBi;Conhecimento Básico em Gestão de Orçamento, Planejamento e Controle;Conhecimento Básico em Gestão da Qualidade.Informações adicionaisCarga horária de trabalho: 44hs semanais, de segunda à sexta.Oferecemos: Plano de Saúde, Vale Transporte, Refeição no Local, Ticket Alimentação, Participação nos Lucros (semestral).
