Planejar, executar e acompanhar toda a estratégia de Growth Marketing da empresa; 2. Gerenciar campanhas de mídia paga (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads e demais plataformas); 3. Desenvolver estratégias de aquisição de tráfego orgânico por meio de SEO, marketing de conteúdo e otimização de canais digitais; 4. Liderar estratégias de Inbound Marketing, geração e nutrição de leads; 5. Planejar jornadas automatizadas de relacionamento utilizando CRM e ferramentas de automação; 6. Desenvolver testes A/B para anúncios, páginas, formulários, criativos, CTAs e jornadas digitais; 7. Monitorar indicadores como: CAC; CPL; CPA; ROAS; ROI; Taxa de Conversão; CTR; CPC; Receita por canal; Conversão por etapa do funil. 8. Identificar oportunidades de crescimento através da análise de dados e comportamento do consumidor; 9. Acompanhar funis completos de aquisição até conversão em vendas; 10. Trabalhar em conjunto com as áreas Comercial, Produto, BI, CRM e Inteligência de Mercado; 11. Coordenar a construção de Landing Pages e formulários voltados para geração de leads; 12. Apoiar o desenvolvimento de campanhas institucionais e de lançamentos sob a ótica de performance; 13. Gerenciar fornecedores e parceiros especializados em mídia, tecnologia e automação; 14. Elaborar dashboards gerenciais e apresentar resultados periodicamente para a liderança; 15. Definir metas, KPIs e planos de ação para evolução contínua dos canais digitais; 16. Garantir a correta mensuração dos resultados através de ferramentas como Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager e plataformas de BI; 17.
