Estamos buscando un/a Responsable de Post Venta para trabajar en nuestro Complejo Logístico ATLAS en Villa Zorraquín, que se sume con energía, compromiso y ganas de crecer junto a nosotros.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

  • Coordinar y gestionar servicios de mantenimiento, reparaciones, garantías y devoluciones.
  • Organizar, dirigir y acompañar al equipo de Post Venta para asegurar un servicio ágil, claro y de excelencia.
  • Gestionar reclamos y consultas, ofreciendo soluciones.
  • Negociar con proveedores y servicios técnicos externos.

Requisitos

  • Estudios Terciarios/Universitarios en áreas afines.
  • Conocimiento en productos de unidad hogar / electrodomésticos. (deseable)
  • Liderazgo de equipos, buena organización y orientación al cliente.
  • Conocimientos en ofimática (Office)
  • Residencia en Concordia, Entre Ríos (excluyente).
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a viernes de 09:00 a 18:00hs y sábados 08:30 a 12:30hs.
