Objetivo do cargo

Realizar a entrega técnica de veículos da marca BYD aos clientes, garantindo uma experiência positiva, segura e de qualidade, por meio da apresentação das funcionalidades, tecnologias e orientações necessárias para a correta utilização do veículo.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Realizar a entrega técnica dos veículos novos aos clientes.
  • Apresentar as funcionalidades, tecnologias e sistemas de conectividade dos veículos BYD.
  • Orientar sobre carregamento de baterias, autonomia, modos de condução e cuidados com o veículo elétrico ou híbrido.
  • Explicar os principais recursos de segurança, conforto e assistência à condução.
  • Auxiliar os clientes na configuração inicial dos sistemas e aplicativos do veículo.
  • Conferir as condições do veículo antes da entrega, garantindo que esteja limpo, abastecido ou com carga adequada e em perfeitas condições.
  • Esclarecer dúvidas dos clientes, proporcionando segurança e confiança na utilização do veículo.
  • Atuar em conjunto com as equipes de vendas e pós-vendas, garantindo a satisfação do cliente.

Requisitos

  • CNH categoria B ativa.
  • Experiência com atendimento ao cliente será o diferencial.
  • Boa comunicação Interesse pelo segmento automotivo e veículos elétricos.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência em concessionárias ou no setor automotivo.
  • Conhecimento em veículos elétricos e híbridos.
  • Experiência com entrega técnica de veículos. Perfil desejado: profissional comunicativo, tecnológico, organizado e com facilidade para lidar com pessoas, que goste de ensinar e proporcionar uma excelente experiência ao cliente no momento da entrega do veículo.
