Misión

Asistir en la gestión y supervisión de procesos de los proyectos de contratos de mantenimiento, realizando el análisis de los repuestos, inventarios, compra de herramientas y reportes de movimientos mensuales de acuerdo a los procedimientos del área a fin de cumplir con los estándares de atención al cliente.

Funciones

  • Asistir en la supervisión del correcto almacenamiento y cuidado de los repuestos en contratos, a fin de evitar sobrecostos por deterioro.
  • Realizar el inventario general en los contratos de mantenimiento de forma continua con el fin de identificar y documentar las diferencias que puedan generarse en los almacenes y generar planes de acción.
  • Gestionar la compra de herramientas para los ingresos del personal técnico a través de los sistemas internos, a fin de mantener los estándares de atención en servicio.
  • Realizar el análisis de inventarios de manera mensual, clasificando repuestos por tipo de movimiento; a fin de evitar sobrecostos por inventarios.
  • Gestionar las solicitudes de reposiciones mensuales de los contratos (pañol, lubricantes, repuestos) a fin de evitar demora en las atenciones por falta de stock.
  • Realizar el reporte mensual de los tipos de movimientos y planes de acción para correcciones a fin de mantener almacenes dinámicos.

Requisitos

  • Carrera Técnica Completa en Mecánica Automotriz, afines a la mecánica y afines a ciencias empresariales.
  • 1 a 2 años de experiencia en posiciones similares.
  • Conocimiento de Excel Avanzado
  • Conocimiento de SAP - Deseable
