Misión:

Supervisar la ejecución de las medidas de seguridad dirigidas a los colaboradores y activos de la empresa, de acuerdo con los procedimientos de seguridad, salud ocupacional, medio ambiente y los lineamientos de la compañía, con la finalidad de resguardar la seguridad en el trabajo, la salud de los trabajadores y la conservación del medio ambiente.

Funciones:

  • Gestionar los procesos de seguridad, salud ocupacional y medio ambiente con la finalidad de reducir los indicadores referidos a incidentes y accidentes de los colaboradores a nivel nacional.
  • Inspeccionar los procesos de seguridad con la finalidad de reducir los incidentes referidos a actos y condiciones inseguros de los colaboradores.
  • Coordinar el tratamiento de residuos sólidos de las sucursales a nivel nacional para cumplir con las normas que establece el ministerio del ambiente.
  • Verificar el cumplimiento de requisitos legales relacionados a seguridad, salud ocupacional y medio ambiente con el fin de minimizar el impacto económico relacionado a sanciones por incumplimiento legal.
  • Diseñar y ejecutar los programas de capacitaciones, inspecciones, observaciones a fin de mejorar la cultura de prevención en los colaboradores.
  • Apoyar en la elaboración, publicación y difusión de la política de Seguridad Salud en el Trabajo (SST), Identificación de Peligros, Evaluación y Control de Riesgos (IPERC), Reglamento Interno de Seguridad Salud en el Trabajo RISST, Mapa de riesgos, entre otros, con el fin de comunicar los estándares de seguridad y cumplir con los requisitos legales.
  • Supervisar y cumplir las normas de Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo establecidos en la ley 29783, el DS 005-2012-TR y sus modificatorias, así como en el Reglamento Interno de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (RISST) a fin de evitar multas o sanciones por parte del estado
  • Gestionar e implementar el sistema de gestión de seguridad, salud ocupacional y medio ambiente, basado en ISO 45001 e ISO 14001 respectivamente, con el objetivo mantenerse alineado a las normas internacionales y ampliar las oportunidades de negocio.

Requisitos

  • Ingeniero titulado y colegiado en las especialidades de Minas, Mecánica, Mecánica-Eléctrica o Industrial, a fines
  • Experiencia certificada de 4 años a más en funciones similares / 3 años min en el sector de mantenimiento
  • Dominio de Microsoft Excel a nivel intermedio avanzado
  • Conocimiento de SAP
  • Capacitaciones / Diplomados de ISO, SST
  • Contar con un mínimo de 120 horas de capacitación en diplomados relacionados con el área de Seguridad.
