Profissional responsável por planejar, executar e monitorar a estratégia de comunicação digital da empresa nas redes sociais. Atua na interface entre a marca e a comunidade digital, transformando os objetivos institucionais e de marketing em conteúdos dinâmicos, engajadores e visualmente alinhados. É o guardião do tom de voz da marca nos canais digitais, com foco em ampliar o alcance orgânico, estreitar o relacionamento com clientes e dar suporte às estratégias de aquisição e performance.

  • Gestão e Cronograma Editorial: Planejar o calendário de publicações e garantir a postagem diária de conteúdos nos canais oficiais da empresa.
  • Criação de Conteúdo Multimídia: Desenvolver copys (legendas), roteiros e propor formatos dinâmicos de interação como stories, reels, enquetes, lives e carrosséis.
  • Interação e Community Management: Monitorar, interagir e responder comentários e mensagens diretas (DMs) com agilidade, mantendo a humanização e o padrão de atendimento da marca.
  • Produção Integrada: Alinhar demandas e trabalhar em sinergia com o Designer Gráfico e o Videomaker para garantir a qualidade estética e a identidade visual das campanhas.
  • Análise de Métricas e Relatórios: Extrair dados de plataformas digitais, tabular e gerar relatórios periódicos de performance (alcance, impressões, engajamento e conversão).
  • Análise de Tendências (Social Listening): Mapear atualizações de algoritmos, trends do momento e monitorar os movimentos diretos da concorrência (benchmarking).
  • Suporte à Performance: Auxiliar o time de tráfego pago na estruturação de públicos, fornecendo criativos orgânicos validados para campanhas de anúncios e remarketing.
