Nesta posição você vai atuar junto à Coordenação e à Diretoria Comercial, transformando dados em decisões que impactam diretamente no crescimento das vendas. Não é uma vaga para “gerar relatório”: é uma posição de influência, em que sua análise sustenta decisões de preço, campanhas, forecast e estratégia comercial.

Responsabilidades e atribuições• Analisar dados de vendas, mercado e comportamento de clientes, identificando tendências, oportunidades e riscos;• Construir e acompanhar KPIs, dashboards e relatórios gerenciais;• Atuar com forecast e previsão de vendas, acompanhando a acuracidade dos resultados;• Realizar análises de potencial de mercado, concorrência, posicionamento e performance comercial;• Apoiar decisões relacionadas a precificação, campanhas e estratégias de vendas;• Automatizar relatórios e contribuir para a melhoria dos processos de Inteligência de Vendas; • Atuar próximo à Gerência e Diretoria Comercial, levando análises e recomendações para apoiar decisões estratégicas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Graduação em Administração, Engenharias, Marketing, Ciência da Computação ou áreas afinsExperiência: 5+ anos em Inteligência de Vendas, BI, Planejamento Comercial ou Sales AnalyticsExperiência com forecast e análise de KPIs comerciaisCapacidade de comunicar insights para a liderançaFerramentas: Excel e Power BI avançados (DAX, modelagem de dados)DiferenciaisPower Automate / Power AppsSQLExperiência com CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics etc.)Inglês intermediário
