Realizar atendimento aos clientes por meio de chat e e-mail, prestando suporte e esclarecendo dúvidas; Atuar na resolução de solicitações e problemas, buscando garantir uma experiência de atendimento de qualidade; Analisar as demandas recebidas e, quando necessário, encaminhá-las às áreas responsáveis, acompanhando os casos até a resolução; Utilizar sistemas internos para consultar informações, registrar solicitações e acompanhar os atendimentos; Manter-se atualizado(a) sobre produtos, serviços e procedimentos, garantindo a transmissão de informações claras e precisas; Cumprir os procedimentos operacionais e as políticas internas da empresa; Gerenciar múltiplas demandas com agilidade, organização, pensamento crítico e foco na resolução de problemas; Atuar com foco na satisfação dos clientes, na qualidade do atendimento e na melhoria contínua dos processos.

Requisitos e qualificações

Ensino médio completo; Experiência com atendimento ao cliente. Experiência com atendimento pelos canais de chat e e-mail. Boa comunicação escrita e verbal. Organização, atenção aos detalhes e foco na resolução de demandas.

Será um diferencial:

Experiência com plataformas de avaliação e relacionamento com consumidores, como o Reclame AQUI (RA). Experiência com atendimento e interação em mídias sociais.

Salário: R$ 2.082,68 Modalidade: Presencial Local de trabalho: Chácara Santo Antônio, São Paulo – SP, próximo à estação Granja Julieta. Jornada: Escala 5x2. Turnos disponíveis: Manhã/tarde e tarde/noite.
