Seu papel no time

O monitoramento e manutenção do ambiente da Fácil "on premises" e Cloud, bem como sustentação e evolução.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Você será responsável por:

  • Realizar manutenção e suporte a Hardware e Software;
  • Substituição, instalação e configuração de hardwares, periféricos e softwares homologados e autorizados, em ambiente corporativo e clientes;
  • Realizar instalações e manutenções básicas em impressoras;
  • Atendimento de chamados via CRM, prezando pela análise, classificação e execução, garantindo SLA;
  • Prestar suporte técnico aos usuários finais tanto interno quanto de clientes do Grupo Fácil (via telefone, Chat padrão da empresa, presencial e remoto);
  • Mudança de equipamentos de informática, internamente e entre filiais (Movimentação);
  • Formatar, configurar e instalar Sistemas Operacionais Windows;
  • Criar usuários de rede, na estrutura on-premises e ambiente Nuvem, prezando pela estrutura de acesso correta, evidenciada pela gestão;
  • Garantir a organização do ambiente de gestão de usuários On-premises e Nuvem (Active Directory);
  • Alteração de senhas de usuários de rede, sistemas e aplicações de gestão do setor de infraestrutura, quando solicitado;
  • Excluir / Desativar usuários de rede da estrutura on-premises, ambiente Nuvem e sistema de gestão do setor de infraestrutura;
  • Administração de Contas de correio eletrônico (Google Workspace, CPanel/WSU, SRVCorreios).

Requisitos da Vaga

Para essa posição, é importante que você tenha:

  • Curso Técnico ou Superior em andamento ou completo em Tecnologia da Informação, Redes ou Telecomunicações;
  • Hardware: Experiência em manutenção de hardware;
  • Sistemas Operacionais: Experiência em sistema operacional Windows (desktop) e em Windows Server;
  • Ferramentas de Escritório: Conhecimento avançado em ferramentas Office ou similares, sendo capaz de criar documentos, apresentações e planilhas;
  • Telefonia: Conhecimentos intermediários em telefonia IP.

Requisitos Desejáveis

O que seria interessante que você tivesse:

  • Experiência em Cloud Computing AWS (S3, ROUTE53, EC2, RDS, ATHENA, CLOUDWATCH).
  • Experiência em sistema operacional Windows Server 2008~2025 e serviços Microsoft (DC/AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, IIS, DFS, TSGateway, PowerShell).
