Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Desenvolver embalagens para novos produtos veterinários, desde a concepção até a implementação industrial.
  • Avaliar e selecionar materiais de embalagem, considerando características físico-químicas dos produtos.
  • Desenvolver soluções para produtos injetáveis, penicilânicos, líquidos, pós, comprimidos e outras apresentações aplicáveis ao portfólio.
  • Definir especificações técnicas de frascos, tampas, lacres, bulas, cartuchos, rótulos e caixas de transporte.
  • Avaliar alternativas de embalagens que proporcionem segurança, funcionalidade e redução de custos.
  • Planejar e acompanhar testes de compatibilidade entre produto e embalagem.
  • Realizar avaliações de vedação, resistência, integridade, dimensional e funcionalidade das embalagens.
  • Participar dos estudos de estabilidade e compatibilidade, em conjunto com as áreas técnicas.
  • Acompanhar testes industriais nas linhas de envase, rotulagem e embalagem.
  • Elaborar relatórios técnicos de avaliação e aprovação de materiais.
  • Desenvolver tecnicamente novos fornecedores de materiais de embalagem.
  • Solicitar amostras e avaliar a conformidade com as especificações estabelecidas.
  • Participar da homologação técnica de fornecedores em conjunto com Qualidade e Suprimentos.
  • Avaliar alternativas de fornecimento para reduzir riscos de abastecimento.
  • Elaborar e revisar especificações técnicas dos materiais de embalagem.
  • Desenvolver desenhos técnicos, fichas técnicas e critérios de aceitação.
  • Elaborar protocolos e relatórios de testes.
  • Apoiar a elaboração e revisão de procedimentos operacionais.
  • Manter atualizada a documentação técnica de embalagens.
  • Desenvolver projetos de otimização e padronização de embalagens.
  • Identificar oportunidades de redução de perdas durante o processo produtivo.
  • Propor substituição de materiais sem comprometer a qualidade dos produtos.
  • Atuar na investigação de problemas relacionados às embalagens.
  • Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho e projetos de melhoria.
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com Produção, Garantia da Qualidade, Controle da Qualidade, Assuntos Regulatórios, Compras e Marketing.
  • Prestar suporte técnico na resolução de problemas relacionados aos materiais de embalagem.
  • Participar dos projetos de lançamento e alteração de produtos.

Escolaridade: Ensino superior completo em Engenharia de Materiais, Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia Química, Farmácia, Química ou áreas correlatas.
