Atuar como elo entre as áreas do negócio florestal e a TI, apoiando o levantamento e a documentação de necessidades, a análise e o acompanhamento de demandas, a sustentação funcional dos sistemas e a interação com fornecedores. Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos e para a adoção adequada das soluções tecnológicas pelas áreas usuárias.

Descrição das atividades:

  • Atendimento e Relacionamento com Usuários: Atuar como ponto de contato entre usuários e equipes de TI; esclarecer dúvidas e apoiar a utilização dos sistemas corporativos; entender necessidades das áreas e apoiar a formalização de demandas; conduzir reuniões de entendimento de requisitos;
  • Gestão de Demandas: Elaborar documentação funcional, apoiar a gestão de backlog e indicadores;
  • Sustentação de Sistemas: Apoiar a análise funcional de incidentes e problemas; realizar validações junto aos usuários; interagir com fornecedores para tratativas e correções; apoiar testes de novas funcionalidade e correções;
  • Melhoria Contínua: Identificar oportunidades de otimização de processos; apoiar iniciativas de automação e digitalização; mapear fluxos operacionais quando necessário; propor melhorias para aumentar eficiência operacional;
  • Projetos: Participar da implementação de novos sistemas e melhorias, apoiar homologações e treinamentos, auxiliar no acompanhamento de cronogramas e entregas, verificar, junto aos usuários, se as entregas atendem aos requisitos e critérios de aceite definidos.

Requisitos:

Graduação completa em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Administração, Engenharia e/ou áreas correlatas;

Conhecimento em Microsoft 365;

Excel avançado;

Conhecimento em suporte funcional à sistemas;

Mobilidade para trabalhar presencialmente em Três Lagoas/MS ou Inocência/MS.
