O profissional Coordenador(a) de Marketing é responsável por desenvolver estratégias de comunicação para os diversos públicos (interno e externo), gerando demanda de vendas para a equipe comercial, atuando como guardião das marcas do Grupo Boticário, prezando pela correta utilização delas, e promovendo ações on e off, internas e externas para fortalecimento da marca empregadora, visando integrar a equipe à cultura da empresa.

Missão: Desenvolver estratégias de comunicação para os diversos públicos (interno e externo), gerando demanda de vendas para a equipe comercial, atuando como guardião das marcas do Grupo Boticário, prezando pela correta utilização delas, e promovendo ações on e off, internas e externas para fortalecimento da marca empregadora, visando integrar a equipe à cultura da empresa.

Atividades:

  1. Gerir o perfil institucional do Grupo Garbo nas redes sociais através de planejamento de conteúdo e elaboração de comunicação clara e objetiva com a finalidade de integrar a equipe, fortalecer os valores da e consolidar a cultura da empresa, diariamente;
  2. Desenvolver o endomarketing em parceria com o RH, através de planejamento e execução de ações internas para envolver a equipe em torno de temas e objetivos específicos, sempre que houver necessidade;
  3. Organizar eventos corporativos para público interno visando o fortalecimento da cultura da empresa e comunicação de temas específicos, sempre que houver necessidade;
  4. Gerir os perfis das lojas nas redes sociais, seguindo o padrão estabelecido pela franquia, planejando e desenvolvendo conteúdos estratégicos, analisando resultados e propondo melhorias, com planejamento por ciclo e acompanhamento diário;
  5. Planejamento de cronograma de publicações das influenciadoras para fortalecer a divulgação de lançamentos e promoções, acompanhamento das postagens e análise de resultados, a cada 4 ciclos com acompanhamento semanal;
  6. Planejar, roteirizar, divulgar e realizar Live Commerce nas lojas para apresentar ao público os lançamentos e promoções dos ciclos, acompanhando posteriormente os resultados e propondo melhorias, a cada ciclo;
  7. Desenvolver toda a comunicação para a base de revendedores, divulgando as oportunidades de cada ciclo, ações, lançamentos e promoções, gerando demanda para a equipe comercial de Venda Direta, durante todo o ciclo;
  8. Realizar eventos presenciais com revendedores, seguindo estratégias definidas no Planejamento do ano, com o objetivo de incentivar os revendedores a se desenvolverem no plano de segmentação em ciclos estratégicos;
  9. Propor ações e intervenções para atender a demandas da empresa e colaborando para atingir os objetivos definidos no Planejamento Estratégico do Grupo Garbo de médio e longo prazo.
  10. Realizar o registro continuo das ocorrencias na plataforma Solides sempre que houve demanda, assegurando o acompanhamento semanal dessas ocorrências. O objetivo é manter um historico claro e documentado de comportamentos, ações ou situações que possam impactar o desempenho, o ambiente de trabalho ou as relações profissional.
