Gerenciar a estratégia de qualidade e excelência operacional da operação de segurança, assegurando a eficiência, a produtividade, a confiabilidade dos processos e o cumprimento dos níveis de serviço estabelecidos. Liderar iniciativas de transformação e melhoria contínua, promovendo a otimização de recursos, a redução de custos, a mitigação de riscos operacionais e a evolução dos indicadores de desempenho, em alinhamento aos objetivos estratégicos da organização e às expectativas dos clientes. Responsabilidades e atribuições Gestão Estratégica da Excelência Operacional: Conduzir a estratégia de excelência operacional mobilizando equipes e líderes para a execução dos objetivos e metas definidas;Identificar oportunidades estruturais de melhoria nos processos, visando à otimização da capacidade operacional e à redução de custos e desperdícios; Governança e Gestão da Qualidade: Estabelecer políticas, padrões, metodologias e mecanismos de governança para assegurar a qualidade, a padronização e a conformidade dos processos operacionais. Promover a evolução contínua dos padrões operacionais, assegurando sua aderência às necessidades do negócio e aos requisitos dos clientes; Gestão de Indicadores e Performance Definir e gerir o modelo de indicadores de desempenho da operação, estabelecendo metas, critérios de acompanhamento e mecanismos de avaliação de resultados; 4. Otimização de Processos e Gestão de Custos buscando maior eficiência operacional, melhor utilização dos ativos e equilíbrio entre custo e nível de serviço;Transformação e Melhoria Contínua, patrocinar e gerenciar projetos estratégicos de melhoria contínua, automação, digitalização e inovação dos processos. Estimular a disseminação de boas práticas e a incorporação de uma cultura de melhoria contínua em toda a operação; Gestão de Stakeholders e Experiência do Cliente, atuar de forma integrada com as áreas internas e parceiros estratégicos para assegurar a consistência dos processos e a qualidade dos serviços prestados;Identificar oportunidades de melhoria a partir de reclamações, ocorrências, indicadores de serviço e necessidades dos clientes. Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Engenharia, Administração ou áreas correlatas; Experiência em Gestão da Qualidade e Processos, com atuação em análise, padronização e melhoria de processos; Conhecimento em Lean Six Sigma e metodologias de Melhoria Contínua;Experiência com gestão, acompanhamento e análise de indicadores (KPIs); Conhecimento em Power BI para análise e visualização de dados; Experiência ou conhecimento em automação e otimização de processos; Conhecimento em planejamento estratégico e desdobramento de objetivos e indicadores; Forte capacidade analítica, organização e identificação de oportunidades de melhoria.
