Missão do cargo

Estamos em busca de um(a) Closer focado, resiliente e altamente persuasivo para integrar nossa equipe comercial. O seu papel principal será converter leads qualificados em clientes reais, conduzindo reuniões estratégicas, contornando objeções e assinando contratos.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Realizar reuniões e demonstrações de vendas: Conduzir reuniões com leads que já foram previamente qualificados pelo time de pré-vendas
  • Entender as dores do cliente: Praticar escuta ativa para diagnosticar as necessidades reais do prospect e conectar as soluções da empresa como a resposta ideal.
  • Gerenciar o pipeline de vendas: Manter o funil de vendas atualizado no CRM, acompanhando cada oportunidade até o fechamento.
  • Negociar e contornar objeções: Dominar técnicas de fechamento e lidar com objeções complexas com inteligência emocional.
  • Garantir o alinhamento com a entrega: Fazer uma transição suave do novo cliente para o time de Customer Success (Onboarding), garantindo as expectativas corretas.
  • Bater metas individuais e coletivas: Alcançar e superar os indicadores de receita.

Requisitos

Obrigatórios:

  • Experiência comprovada como Closer
  • Domínio de metodologias de vendas: Conhecimento prático em frameworks de vendas
  • Uso avançado de CRM: Experiência com ferramentas de gestão como GoHighLevel, Clint e demais
  • Habilidade de comunicação excepcional: Excelente capacidade de comunicação verbal e escrita, com foco em oratória e persuasão.
  • Organização e foco em dados: Capacidade de gerenciar múltiplos processos de fechamento ao mesmo tempo sem perder o timing do follow-up.

Diferenciais:

  • Inglês intermediário ou avançado.
  • Espanhol intermediário ou avançado.
